In recent years,food safety issues have gradually entered people's field of vision,causing widespread concern and research from all aspects of life.Problems such as food additives,excessive residues of agricultural and veterinary drugs,genetically modified foods and harmful substances affect the quality and safety of food.The safety issues in food production,distribution and catering have become more prominent,which has brought great challenges to food supervision and management.Food supervision departments carry out food sampling inspection tasks every year.This process will generate a large amount of food sampling inspection data.How to improve the utilization rate of data has now become an important subject.The main function of the existing food business system is the storage and management of data,but the functions of data analysis relatively are quite few.As a result,it is impossible to discover the potential laws in the data,and it is difficult to make timely policy corrections.Based upon data mining technology,the work in this article carried out for the above problems the following implementations including:(1)Realized the effective storage and management of food data,including data management of food sampling data,food category,inspection items,sampling inspection tasks and other modules.(2)Realized the establishment of a visual platform for food sampling data.In this system,the data of food sampling is analyzed in multi dimensions and visualized in the form of charts(3)Realized the document automation function of food data analysis.The system can analyze the food sampling data and export the analysis results as electronic document for users to use.(4)Realized the function of food public opinion analysis.The system will regularly crawl the text content from various food websites and forums,use data mining algorithm to classify the emotion of the text content,help supervisors quickly locate the food public opinion information that has serious impact,carry out targeted sampling tasks,and solve the food safety problems in time.(5)Realized the guidance function of random inspection tasks.In this system,a random algorithm with weight is designed.Based on the "double random" mechanism,the task guidance of food sampling is carried out according to the weight factor.The food sampling data management system includes a lot of content.This article considers various practical problems to design and develop the system,which provides a fast and effective solution for the regulatory department and provides reliable technical support.
