Rosin is an important natural renewable resource. The use of its three-ring skeleton and chiral center unique structure has important theoretical and application value for the development of rosin functional materials. The hybridization of rosin derivatives and inorganic material apatite(AP)can combine the advantages of the two to obtain a functional hybrid material with excellent performance.Based on this background, the organic-inorganic in-situ reaction and sol-gel method were used to prepare the rosin-based phosphate-AP hybrid material, research its application in the field of drug loading and adsorption.(1)Preparation and characterization of rosin-based phosphate-AP hybrid materials.Using the sol-gel method, using rosin-based phosphate as the organic phosphorus source and matrix, hybrid materials were prepared under low and medium temperature conditions. To explore the influence of p H value, phosphate concentration, temperature and Ca/P ratio on materials,FTIR,SEM,XRD and TGA were used to characterize and analyze the materials. It was found that Ca/P had the greatest influence on the material, followed by p H.When Ca/P=1.67,using rosin-based phosphoric acid monoester as the organic phosphorus source, under the condition of pH=11,a sheet-shaped hybrid material with a more uniform morphology can be obtained, and the organic content in such hybrid materials can reach 47.5%,the formation mechanism of the material is the combined effect of template, charge influence and crystal growth habit.(2)Research on drug loading performance of hybrid materials.By studying the loading rate and targeted release performance of hybrid materials for doxorubicin(DOX),the drug loading capacity of hybrid materials for DOX is up to 492 mg/g,the encapsulation rate is 92%,and the drug loading is pre-hydrothermal.The rosin-based phosphate-apatite hybrid material obtained by the method is 3.5 times, the higher the content of terpene organics in the hybrid material, the greater the drug loading. The DOX forms a ?-? conjugation. Finally,by establishing a release kinetic model, the in vitro release behavior of DOX in hybrid materials is Fick diffusion.(3)Study on phenol adsorption performance of hybrid materials.Hybrid materials are used to remove phenol contaminants in water. The adsorption capacity of hybrid materials to phenol is 8.51mg/g.When the initial concentration of phenol is 40mg/L,the adsorption capacity is 42mg/g.This is due to the similar structure of the benzene ring and phenol in the rosin ?-? conjugation. The adsorption process conforms to the Freundlich isothermal adsorption model, and the removal of phenol by hybrid materials is a combination of physical and chemical adsorption.(4)Synthesis and performance exploration of novel rosin amide heterocyclic compounds. In order to increase the efficiency of the rosin-based derivative sol-gel method for preparing hybrid materials, the development of rosin-based derivatives with excellent gel properties was discussed.High-efficiency synthesis of new rosin-based amide compound(DDCA),which formed flocculent dispersion behavior in acetone solution, indicating potential gel properties.Gaussion09 was used to optimize the structure of quantum chemical calculation to obtain the optimal configuration, based on the DDCA surface potential, the potential gel principle in acetone was analyzed.
