Research On Technical Complexity And Influencing Factors Of Pollution Management Products Exported From China To EU

The EU has been China's largest trading partner for 15 years in a row.In the future,Sino-EU trade will continue to deepen,and its trade partnership has attracted much attention.In addition,as an important way and measure to promote regional green growth,trade liberalization of environmental products will play an important role in Global trade in the future.Therefore,China should play a more active and constructive role in the trend of environmental products trade liberalization.Furthermore,the UN COMTRADE database shows that in recent years,the trade volume of pollution management products accounts for more than 95% of the total trade volume of environmental products between China and Europe.Based on this,after reviewing the current situation and characteristics of China's export trade of pollution management products to the EU in 2008-2018,this paper conducts quantitative research and analysis in three aspects: the overall trend,the structure of trade products and the structure of trade countries.By comparing the corresponding data of the United States,Japan,Russia and India,it is concluded that China's export scale of pollution management products is in a state of rapid growth rate.Then,this paper calculates the technical complexity level of China's export of pollution management products to the EU,and describes the characteristic facts at the overall level,product level and country level.By comparing the corresponding data of the United States and India,it is concluded that China's export technical complexity is far behind the developed countries,but it is still rising rapidly.In addition,based on the key influencing factors of export technical complexity proposed by scholars in recent years,this paper constructs a panel data regression model of technical complexity of pollution management products exported from China to the EU,carries out empirical analysis,and estimates the direction and degree of influence of each factor on export technical complexity.Finally,this paper puts forward several feasible suggestions from the aspects of improving the intensity of intellectual property protection,the conversion rate of material capital to trade income,the cross-border e-commerceplatform to vigorously expand the EU market,and the conversion efficiency of financial development level to technical complexity,so as to improve the quality of China's export trade of EU pollution management products by optimizing the technical complexity of export.
