Research On The Impact Of China's Air Pollution Control On The Industrial Export Trade

Since the reform and opening up,China's industrial export trade has grown steadily for a long time,providing a solid foundation for the prosperity and development of the economy.But at the same time,the rapid growth of environmental problems continue to accumulate,such as air pollution problems intensified.In recent years,the national air pollution control policies have been introduced,some of which have a certain impact on the export industry,and even negative external constraints.However,due to different types of atmospheric environmental regulations,resulting in the impact of industrial export trade is also different.In view of this,it is of great significance to analyze the different effects of air pollution control on industrial export trade and explore the "win-win" way to realize the growth of atmospheric environmental protection and industrial export trade.Based on the theory of environmental cost internalization and Porter hypothesis,this paper first introduces the situation of China's air pollution control and industrial export trade,and summarizes the impact of industrial export trade on air pollution.This paper analyzes the mechanism of environmental regulation on export trade,and uses the HOV model of environmental regulation and international trade relations to study the effects of environmental pollution control on industrial export trade from two indicators of command control and economic incentive Different effects.In this paper,the author thinks that the impact of the order-controlled environmental regulation on the environmental cost and the regulatory effect of the industrial export trade.The influence of the economic incentive type environmental regulation on the industrial export trade conforms to the wave hypothesis theory.The economic incentive type environmental regulation will promote the enterprise to improve the technology,Industrial export structure,the impact on export trade is a positive effect.In this paper,the impact of the control of air pollution control measures and economic incentives of air pollution control measures on the impact of industrial export trade empirical study conclusions and the theoretical analysis of the conclusions are basically the same.In order to promote the innovation of air pollution control and industrial export trade,this paper puts forward the following two suggestions: First,the air pollution control system should be in line with international standards;Second,command control and economic incentive type air pollution control measures should be implemented alternately.
