Global greenhouse gas emissions continue to increase.At the same time,my country's greenhouse gas emissions have always been in the forefront,facing all kinds of pressure,urgently need to reduce carbon emissions.Enterprises are the basic unit of the market economy,and the paper industry is also a typical heavy-pollution industry.Therefore,the paper industry is the key concern of the Chinese government in fulfilling its low-carbon emission control commitments.Enterprises develop low-carbon economy,internal performance is to enhance corporate carbon performance,external performance is to enhance corporate carbon information disclosure,because carbon performance and carbon information disclosure level can effectively measure the internal economic value brought by corporate carbon management and external social performance.Comprehensively measuring the relationship between carbon performance,carbon information disclosure and corporate value is a common concern of academia and business.This paper selects Chenming Paper,a leading enterprise in the paper industry,as a case study object to study the development of low-carbon strategy in the context of forestry,pulp and paper integration,and the relationship between carbon performance,carbon information disclosure and corporate value under the lowcarbon strategy.Relationship to provide support for companies to further develop low-carbon strategies and make targeted recommendations.First,it summarizes the relevant research results at home and abroad,and introduces the information asymmetry theory,legitimacy theory,and sustainable development theory involved in this article.Then,based on the forest-pulp-paper integration strategy as a background,analyze the low-carbon enterprises Develop strategies,calculate corporate carbon performance,build a carbon information disclosure quality evaluation system,use content analysis to quantify the quality of corporate carbon information disclosure,study carbon performance under low-carbon development strategies,and the impact of carbon information disclosure on corporate value,It is concluded that improving carbon performance and optimizing the quality of carbon information disclosure will help to enhance the value of the company,provide motivation for Chenming Paper to further develop a low-carbon strategy,and finally provide targeted suggestions for the company's further low-carbon development.Suggestions for carbon transformation.
