In the context of increasing greenhouse effect and global warming, carbon emission reduction has become a hot issue of concern in all walks of life.At present,China's economic development is already at the leading level in the world, but on the other hand,China is also the largest carbon emission country. Therefore, the development of a low-carbon economy is of great significance for the sustainable development of our country's economy. The basis for reducing carbon emissions is to find a huge link in carbon emissions. This paper takes the forestry-pulp-paper integration industry as the research object.First, according to the technological process, the paper establishes an integrated forestry-pulp-paper supply chain model and input-output model, and takes the forestry-pulp-paper integration model as the carrier, based on the input-output model established.Calculate the carbon emission and carbon emissions at each step of Stora Enso(Guangxi)Forest Pulp & Paper Co.,Ltd.'s “900,000 ton pulp,900,000 ton paper and paperboard” project,in which carbon emissions are calculated as carbon equivalents.Including carbon dioxide and other greenhouse gases, making the measurement more accurate. From the calculation results,it is concluded that the hot carbon emission sections in the forest pulp and paper integration industry are mainly “alkaline recovery”,“thermal power plant power boiler” and “waste paper processing”,and the hot carbon flow path is “pulping—evaporation—combustion”.,"Log acquisition-preparation-power boiler" and "distribution-waste disposal" and so on.From the perspectives of different perspectives of the company and the government, the article seeks strategies for carbon reduction of forest pulp and paper integration. From the perspective of the company, the paper proposes the optimization of energy structure, active development of low-carbon technologies, and development of carbon capture and storage technologies for hot-spot carbon emission sections such as “alkaline recovery” and “thermal power plant power boilers ” in forestry-pulp-paper integrated supply chains. From the perspective of the government, the article adopts a scenario analysis method and uses the LEAP software to simulate the energy demand and carbon emissions under different scenarios from 2016 to 2041.Through the comparison and analysis of the simulation results of different scenarios, the paper concludes that The government should actively play a role in macro-control,take measures such as the establishment of a capacity-resolving mechanism for forest pulp and paper industry, the introduction and promotion of advanced technologies at home and abroad, and the establishment of a carbon trading market system to reduce carbon emissions.
