Study On The Influence Of Environmental Regulation Strength And Industrial Structure Upgrading On Ecological Efficiency In Hebei Province

As an important economic and industrial province in China,Hebei Province has serious industrial pollution and imbalance of industrial proportion,which leads to the destruction of ecological environment to a certain extent,which seriously affects the sustainable development of economy and people's living standard.The report of the Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly put forward new ideas to speed up the reform of the ecological civilization system and build a beautiful China together.While strengthening environmental regulation and promoting the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure,improving ecological efficiency is the focus of this paper.Therefore,this paper constructs the environmental regulation intensity index system and the ecological efficiency index system respectively,and carries on the measure analysis to the industrial structure upgrade,through The paper constructs a panel data-fixed effect model to analyze the changes of the influence of environmental regulation intensity and industrial structure upgrading on ecological efficiency,and then puts forward some policy suggestions to optimize the upgrading of industrial structure and improve ecological efficiency in Hebei Province,high quality economic development of Hebei Province.First of all,this paper introduces the current research situation at home and abroad,expounds the relevant theories of ecological efficiency research,provides theoretical support for the empirical analysis of the article,and at the same time introduces the core concepts involved in the article.Secondly,the influence mechanism of environmental regulation intensity and industrial structure upgrading on ecological efficiency is introduced,and then the evaluation index system of environmental regulation intensity and ecological efficiency is constructed,and its spatial pattern evolution is analyzed by entropy weight method,super-efficiency SBM model and ArcGIS software.Thirdly,environmental regulation intensity and industrial structure upgrading and technological innovation,consumption demand and opening to the outside world are explored by constructing panel data-fixed effect model the mechanism of influence factors such asdegree and urbanization level on ecological efficiency.Then,the combination of environmental regulation intensity,industrial structure upgrading and ecological efficiency,respectively,discusses the impact of environmental regulation intensity,industrial structure upgrading and the interaction mechanism of the two on ecological efficiency,which provides a certain new direction for the development of high quality economy.Finally,according to the results of the previous research,this paper puts forward some policy suggestions on how to improve ecological efficiency and promote the high-quality economic development of Hebei Province.
