Antimony sulfide is a highly anisotropic inorganic semiconductor material,which has attracted much attention due to its suitable spectral range,better photosensitivity,and excellent electrochemical performance,antimony sulfide materials with novel morphology and structure often possess unique properties and have new applications in many fields.Therefore,it has become one of the hotspots in the research field to realize the technology of controlled synthesis of antimony sulfide crystal nanomaterials to obtain excellent performance.This paper designs and synthesizes a variety of pure antimony sulfide and organic-inorganic composite antimony sulfide materials with different microscopic appearances,which are used in photocatalysis and electrochemical detection of hydrazine hydrate:A series of pure antimony sulfide and perylene imide derivatives/antimony sulfide organic-inorganic composites with different morphologies were prepared by solvothermal reaction.The morphology of the product were rod-like,cluster-like,sea-urchin-like,and formed a three-dimensional self-assembled structure.We explored the growth process and typical morphology of antimony sulfide crystals using methods such as changing time and adding crystal growth directors.Scanning electron microscopy(SEM),Transmission electron microscopy(TEM),Infrared absorption spectroscopy(IR),EDS spectroscopy,and Raman spectroscopy were used to observe the microscale and morphology,crystal structure,and chemical composition of the material to determine that the obtained material was the target expected product.In addition,ultraviolet absorption spectroscopy and electrochemical methods were used to investigate the effect of this kind of composites on the adsorption and degradation of rhodamine B pollutants and the detection of hydrazine.The experiments show that the pure antimony sulfide product without directing agent has a significant adsorption-catalytic effect on rhodamine B.Peryleneimide derivatives with carboxylic acids have a significant effect on the growth of antimony sulfide to generate a self-assembled structure with a unique morphology,and at the same time,the product hasexcellent electrochemical sensing performance,which can be widely used in hydrazine hydrate detection and pollution Degradation and other fields.Moreover,this method of synthesizing organic-inorganic composite materials using trace organics as crystal directing agents can provide new ideas for synthesizing chalcogenide semiconductor nanomaterials with different micro-morphologies and properties.
