With the popularization of automobiles,automobile safety issues have been paid more and more attention.Among them,flat tires and tire leaks are one of the main causes of traffic accidents.In order to avoid tire puncture or air leakage,the tire manufacturers generally use safety tires or non-pneumatic tires to replace the traditional pneumatic tires,but there are also some problems in the use process.This paper analyzes and studies a new type of nonpneumatic tire,S-shaped leaf spring non-pneumatic tire,which lays a scientific foundation for further promotion and application.S-shaped plate spring non-pneumatic tire is a new type of non-pneumatic tire.This type of tire uses S-shaped plate spring to replace the traditional pneumatic elastic structure,which can achieve the characteristics of the traditional pneumatic tire,and has the advantages of explosion-proof and leak-proof.It is very suitable for use in some special industries.The static strength analysis of tires is the basis for studying new tires.Its strength issues directly affect the safety of the tire during use.Good radial stiffness also directly affects the handling and comfort of the tire during driving.In this paper,the radial stiffness and strength of S-shaped plate spring and its influencing factors are analyzed theoretically and simulated by finite element method.According to the structural characteristics of the S-shaped plate spring tire,the loadbearing principle is analyzed;the static strength analysis of the S-shaped plate spring is simplified to the plane strain problem.According to the bending deformation formula in material mechanics,the calculation formulas of S-shaped leaf spring tire sinking amount,radial stiffness and maximum bending normal stress are derived,and the corresponding influencing factors are obtained.According to the structural characteristics of S-shaped plate spring tires,a finite element analysis model is established,and the materials,analysis steps,boundary conditions and loads of the finite element model are set,then the calculation is submitted.Finally,the results are compared with the theoretical analysis results to verify the correctness of the theoretical model.Analyze and study the influence of the number,structure size and cross-sectional shape of the S-shaped plate spring on its stiffness and strength,and finally obtain the structural parameters of the S-shaped plate spring that best meet the actual use requirements.
