The moving arm is the key support and the main force component in the loader's working device.In the work,it bears a certain impact load in addition to the larger static load,and its manufacturing quality will directly affect the performance and reliability of the whole machine.The welding deformation of the boom after welding is completed.In actual production,the following processes can be ensured smoothly only through mechanical correction or flame modification.Not only increases the manufacturing cost,affects the production efficiency,but also has the hidden trouble to the arm strength and the weld fatigue and so on.Therefore,the influence factors of the welding deformation of the arm and the post welding correction process are studied in this paper,and the deformation law of the arm after welding is obtained with the simulation and experimental test of the welding arm.On the basis of this,the welding technology of anti deformation before welding is put forward,so as to achieve effective prevention of welding distortion and ensure dimensional quality after welding.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)From the welding technical requirements of the loader arm,the cause and specific performance of the welding deformation of the loader arm are studied.The correlation analysis is made on the size fluctuation of the open arm size before and after the welding,and the fluctuation law of the front and rear dimensions of the welding arm is obtained.(2)On the basis of the simulation of SYSWELD software and the verification of the deformation law of the welding process of the moving arm,the deformation law of the welding arm is obtained.On this basis,the reverse deformation welding process is put forward in the process of assembling.(3)The simulation analysis of the precast deformation of the movable arm plate is carried out by ANSYS software,and the prediction of the pre-deformation quantity is carried out,and the position of the action point and the scope of the load are applied to the pre deformation load.(4)Designed and developed the welding pre-deformation tooling system for loader arm,completed the structural design of the general assembly tooling,laying the foundation for subsequent practical fixture design.Through the study of this paper,the welding deformation law of the loader arm is further mastered.On this basis,according to the requirements of the enterprise,the pre-deformation welding fixture of the arm is designed for two series of movable arms,and the assembling requirements of various types of movable arms are met.It embodies the flexible design of the fixture.
