| As a new production method in the construction industry,prefabricated buildings face new construction safety challenges while improving project quality,reducing traditional safety accidents and promoting the sustainable development of the construction industry,such as the safety of large-scale component lifting threats to construction workers Personal safety.With the increase in the number of prefabricated construction projects in various regions,the demand and usage of prefabricated components are also on the rise.The hoisting workers of prefabricated components have become unique technical jobs for prefabricated construction.The causes of personal injury accidents are more complicated,and fatigue is one of the main reasons.Due to the obvious difference between the lifting operation process of prefabricated components and traditional construction methods,this makes the workers of prefabricated components exposed to high-risk environments.Workers’ fatigue can easily lead to accidents,so it is necessary to study the fatigue risk of lifting workers.The main research contents and results of this article are as follows:(1)Establish a fatigue risk index system for workers who hoist prefabricated components.Through literature research and expert interviews,the fatigue influencing factors of prefabricated components hoisting workers were identified.On this basis,eight criterion-level indicators and 33 specific indicators of fatigue risk of prefabricated hoisting workers were established,which laid the foundation for hoisting workers’ risk rating.(2)Rating fatigue risk of hoisting workers based on fuzzy mathematics.First of all,game theory is used to subjectively and objectively weight the fatigue risk indicators to determine the comprehensive weight of the fatigue risk assessment indicators of the prefabricated component lifting workers.Secondly,an evaluation model is established in conjunction with fuzzy mathematics theory,a standard membership degree is established through expert group decision-making,and the index risk value is determined in conjunction with the fuzzy evaluation criteria,and the fatigue risk grade status of hoisting workers is evaluated.(3)Establish on-site management tools for fatigue risk of prefabricated component lifting workers.A combination of qualitative and quantitative methods is adopted to establish risk on-site management and control tools for hoisting workers through personal safety hazard models and safety checklists.(4)Develop the fatigue risk management software for prefabricated components hoisting workers.A three-level software architecture of data input layer,processing layer,and presentation layer is built,based on the Linux ubuntu system environment.Use PHP storm platform,PHP study integration platform,My SQL database to develop fatigue risk management software and practical application on the project site.In summary,this paper presents a set of fatigue risk management methods for prefabricated component lifting workers,which provides specific scenarios for fatigue risk research.Fatigue risk management software is used in engineering projects to accurately carry out fatigue risk management of prefabricated component lifting workers and improve the technical level of safe construction on site. |
