Compared with traditional buildings,prefabricated buildings have the advantages of high construction efficiency,high precision,high quality,low manual dependence and dry site construction,which well reflects the advantages of green buildings and has been vigorously promoted by the construction field.However,there are a large number of prefabricated components in prefabricated buildings,and the components are heavy and complex in shape.Due to their unique characteristics and difficulties,once a safety accident in the construction site hoisting operation occurs,it will be accompanied by huge personnel and economic losses,resulting in irreparable consequences.Therefore,it is of great significance to improve the safety risk management level of assembly building hoisting operation,identify and evaluate the risk factors affecting its safety,and take corresponding control measures before the occurrence of accidents,so as to prevent them in advance.This article mainly focuses on the construction phase of hoisting operations.First,the risk identification of the safety risk factors of the prefabricated building hoisting operations is carried out,and through the screening and revision of security risk influencing factors to build a security risk evaluation index system.Then,based on the analytic hierarchy process,the weight to determine the safety risk factors is established,and the matter-element analysis method is used to classify the risk levels of the influencing factors at each level,and then the safety risk assessment model for lifting operations is established and applied in examples.In addition,based on the ISM interpretation structure model,a hierarchical structure analysis of the influencing factors is carried out to find out the fundamental influencing factors of the safety risk of hoisting operations.As a result,risk management and control are carried out from the two aspects of the level of influencing factors at each level and the fundamental influencing factors,making the safety risk management and control of hoisting operations more comprehensive.The specific research process is as follow fabricated bus:(1)Construct a safety risk evaluation index system for hoisting operations.Based on the literature research and field investigation of the construction site,this paper conducts research on the relevant factors affecting the safety risks of the hoisting operation of prefabricated buildings.On this basis,the types of safety accidents of the hoisting operation are counted,and the accident tree model is used to determine the direct cause and potential of safety accidents of the hoisting operation.The cause is analyzed,and the direct cause and potential cause are summarized into four categories of "man-machine-management-environment " based on the accident cause theory,so as to construct a safety risk evaluation index system for prefabricated construction hoisting operations.(2)Establish a safety risk assessment model for hoisting operations.This paper uses the analytic hierarchy process and expert questionnaires to determine the weights of safety risk evaluation indicators for hoisting operations layer by layer,and establishes a safety risk evaluation model for prefabricated building hoisting operations based on matter-element analysis to quantitatively analyze and analyze the safety risk levels of hoisting operations Grade evaluation.At the same time,this article uses the example application of the evaluation model of the construction project in Zibo City,uses the matter-element analysis evaluation model to classify the safety risk level of the hoisting operation of the project,and finds out the safety risk management and control elements of the hoisting operation of the project.(3)Case analysis and proposed risk control countermeasures.Based on the ISM structural interpretation model to analyze the structural hierarchical relationship between the evaluation indicators,find out the surface,intermediate,and root causes that affect the safety risk of hoisting operations,so as to on the basis of the safety risk evaluation results,it further provides a theoretical basis for the safety risk management and control of the prefabricated building hoisting operation,and makes the safety risk management and control more comprehensive and scientific.The innovations of this paper:(1)Identify and summarize the safety risk factors of prefabricated building hoisting operations based on literature research and the fault tree model,and have a more thorough and comprehensive understanding of the safety risk factors of hoisting operations.(2)Based on the matter-element analysis method,a safety risk evaluation model for hoisting operations is constructed,which realizes the quantitative analysis and evaluation of safety risk levels,and provides a theoretical basis for formulating safety risk control measures for hoisting operations.(3)Based on the ISM interpretive structure model,the hierarchical structure and restrictive relationship between the various influencing factors are analyzed,and the direct,indirect,and root causes that affect the safety of hoisting operations are found to provide a theoretical basis for the safety risk control of hoisting operations.(4)Based on safety risk evaluation and risk factor hierarchical analysis,propose corresponding risk management and control strategies and recommendations,and truly integrate risk influencing factor analysis,risk evaluation,and risk management and control effectively and closely.
