At present,NR is mainly used as the base material for damping rubbers in vehicles.Although NR has excellent overall mechanical properties,because of the good flexibility of molecular chains,the damping performance is not as good as that of polar rubbers such as NBR and CR.And often the mechanical performance is sacrificed when the damping performance is optimized.In this paper,NR is used as the matrix material.The vulcanization performance,comprehensive mechanical properties and damping performance of NR/CR blended(90/10)composite materials and pure NR composite materials were compared in the early stage.The thermocompatibility analysis method is used to analyze the compatibility of NR/CR.The results show that: from a thermodynamic point of view,the NR/CR blend ratio is 90/10 compatible.After blending,the mechanical properties of the composite material decrease,the effective damping temperature range decreases,the peak value of the damping factor Tan? decreases,and Tan? is higher than that of pure NR natural rubber at room temperature.Afterwards,the influence of OMMT on the properties of natural rubber was explored.First,the amount of OMMT was adjusted without changing the amount of carbon black.The results showed that with the increase of the amount of OMMT,the crosslinking density of the natural rubber system increased first and then gradually decreased,and the mechanical properties were Was dropped.After adding OMMT,the damping performance is enhanced,and the effective damping temperature range is widened.Secondly,the N330/OMMT combination ratio is changed.The results show that with the continuous increase of the amount of OMMT replacing N330,the mechanical properties first increase and then gradually decrease,and the aging performance improves.The loss factor Tan? increases first and then decreases,and the effective damping temperature range increases first and then decreases.Damping performance has increased.When the N330/OMMT combined ratio is 75/10,the comprehensive performance is more excellent.In the later stage of the research,based on the actual formula of the enterprise,through NR/CSM rubber blending and adjust the vulcanization system optimized formula.The research shows that with the increase of NR/CSM blending ratio,the compatibility of the two phases gradually deteriorates under the thermodynamic angle,the crosslink density of the composite material increases,there is a certain degree of cross-linking between the two phases.However,the crosslinking uniformity and filler dispersion uniformity gradually deteriorate.The hardness of the composite increases,the tensile and tear strength gradually decreases,the heat-resistant oxygen aging performance increases,and the damping performance improves.When the NR/CSM blend ratio is 75/15,the comprehensive performance is excellent.The anti-scorching agent can effectively delay the scorch time.After the cross-linking agent is added,the cross-linking density of the material is improved,the mechanical properties of the material are improved,and the damping performance is reduced;Increasing the amount of accelerator will reduce the crosslink density,it has an adverse effect on mechanical properties,but improves the damping properties of the material.Taking the NR/CSM blending ratio of 75/15 as the matrix,the common sulfur vulcanization system and the metal oxide vulcanization system are used together,and the anti-scorching agent and cross-linking agent are added at the same time.Investigate the relationship between the performance of vehicle damping and vibration damping rubber and the type and amount of filler.The results show that as the combined use ratio of N330/N774 continues to decrease,the dispersion of carbon black is optimized.When the N330/N774 combination ratio is 40/10,the mechanical properties and aging resistance are the most excellent.and the damping performance of vibration-damping products before and after aging is reduced.When N330/N774 is used together,there is a synergistic effect to promote the dispersion of carbon black.The combined use performance of the materials selected in the experiment is better than the weighted average of the two when used alone.With the increase in the amount of silica filling,the NR/CSM composite cross-linking network is strengthened,the mechanical properties first increase and then decrease,and the heat-resistant oxygen aging performance and damping performance gradually increase.After the carbon black filling amount is greater than 10 parts,the damping performance growth trend decreases.According to comprehensive analysis,the comprehensive use performance is better when the filling amount of silica is 5 parts and 10 parts.With the continuous increase of MWCNT/N330 combined use ratio,the mechanical properties and aging resistance of NR/CSM composite materials increase first and then decrease,and the damping performance improves.When the combined use ratio of MWCNT/N330 is 3/47,the comprehensive performance is the best.
