The rapid development of modern industry and the rapid growth of automobiles,directly lead to a large accumulation of used tires,poses a serious threat to the ecological environment,how to dispose of used tires in an environmentally friendly and efficient manner has attracted widespread attention.As an important treatment method for waste tires,pyrolysis method can be used to decompose waste tires into oil,combustible gas and carbon black to achieve the purpose of recycling.Therefore,more and more professional people have begun the research and application of pyrolysis technology of waste tires.Compared with traditional pyrolysis,microwave pyrolysis has the advantages of faster heating speed,simultaneous heating inside and outside,uniform heating,easy control and environmental protection and energy saving.Microwave pyrolysis is considered to be the most promising technology for treating waste tires.This article is based on electromagnetic theory and microwave technology,the principle of microwave pyrolysis is studied,characteristics of microwave pyrolysis technology are described,effects of temperature,pressure and time on pyrolysis are analyzed,a set of continuous pyrolysis equipment for tunnel kiln is designed.The equipment mainly includes a feed device,a pyrolysis device,a unloading device,a conveying device and an oil and gas processing device.It is analyzed from several aspects layout,materials selection,sealing,insulation and cooling cavities,and the like.By building a model,HFSS electromagnetic simulation software is used to simulate the microwave energy distribution in the pyrolysis cavity.Structure and size of pyrolysis chamber are optimized.It is considered that the mode is the most when the pyrolysis cavity height is 310 mm,the most uniform energy distribution,microwave energy absorption rate is highest.It is determined that when the thickness of the rubber in the cavity is 40 mm,the pyrolysis efficiency is the highest.Experimental results verify the equipment's operational stability and reliability,By analyzing the pyrolysis products,it can be determined that the pyrolysis efficiency of the equipment is as high as 95% or more,and the product is pyrolyzed uniformly.It is proved that a uniform energy distribution within the cavity,low energy consumption,meet to the design expectations,and explaining that the designed cracking equipment has promotion value.
