Natural latex,as an indispensable polymer material,has been widely used in various fields,especially in medical,health care and other fields,but has played a vital role,but cumbersome production processes,inefficient processing equipment,The poor dispersibility of raw materials has prevented natural rubber from further development in the rubber industry.Among them,the preparation of natural latex functional composite film is an important aspect of the application of natural latex.It is urgent to develop a high-efficiency and low-cost processing technology to achieve the preparation of natural rubber latex functional composite film with excellent performance and break the traditional latex film processing concept one question.The article combined high-efficiency processing methods to independently design and manufacture high-efficiency and low-cost atomized deposition natural latex functional composite film forming equipment,including atomizing device,three-dimensional motion slide and experimental platform,vulcanization device,signal control system Design and processing;the preparation mechanism of the natural latex functional composite film prepared by the atomization deposition method was thoroughly studied,including the preparation and grinding mechanism of the dispersion,the film formation mechanism of the film and the layer vulcanization mechanism of the latex;The new process and equipment for the processing of natural latex functional composite membranes,based on the preparation mechanism of natural latex functional composite membranes,designed a complete experimental program,and conducted an in-depth experimental study on the preparation of natural latex functional composite membranes,specifically completing the following jobs:(1)In view of the limitations of the preparation of existing natural latex functional composite membranes,a high-efficiency,low-cost processing method for preparing natural latex functional composite membranes by atomization deposition is proposed.(2)Combined with high-efficiency processing methods,we designed and manufactured a new equipment suitable for atomized deposition molding of natural latex functional composite film,which mainly includes the design and processing of atomizing device,three-dimensional motion slide and experimental platform,vulcanization device,and signal control system.(3)By comparing the dispersion quality of the dispersion prepared under different rotation speed,grinding time,grinding ball size and ratio,dispersion concentration and other conditions,the influence of these factors on the dispersion preparation quality was analyzed,so that the best preparation process of dispersion was determined.The experimental results show that the best preparation process of sulfur dispersion is: speed 240 r / min,grinding time 50 min,grinding ball size and mixing ratio 20 mm + 2mm(mass ratio 2: 1),dispersion concentration 30%;white The best preparation process of carbon black dispersion is 180 r / min,grinding time 50 min,grinding ball size and mixing ratio 10 mm + 1mm(mass ratio 2: 1),dispersion concentration 30%.(4)Based on the best dispersion preparation process obtained,good quality dispersions were prepared,and natural latex functional composite films were prepared by two processes of atomization deposition and dipping,respectively,and the properties of natural latex functional composite films obtained by two different processes were compared The experimental results show that the film obtained by the atomization deposition method has better density and better quality than the natural latex functional composite film obtained by the dipping method.(5)The effect of filler on the performance of natural latex functional composite membrane was studied.The degree of pre-vulcanization,mechanical properties,SEM analysis,electrical conductivity,etc.of the natural latex functional composite film with different fractions of silica and graphene were analyzed,and two fillers of silica and graphene based on the atomization deposition process were determined Influence on the performance of natural latex functional composite membrane.
