"China manufacturing 2025" put forward the full implementation of green manufacturing,green manufacturing to accelerate the transformation and upgrading,it put forward a new challenge to the rubber industry.The traditional mechanical mixing because of high labor intensity,serious pollution,high energy consumption and the filler dispersed unevenly already can not adapt to the development of modern rubber industry,the innovation of the mixing process and the development of energy saving mixing technology become the focus of industry development.The technology of wet mixing has become the important development direction in the rubber industry because of its advantages such as reducing the energy consumption and cost,improving the dispersion of the filler,reducing the dust pollution and so on.In this paper,the technology of preparing rubber masterbatch with silica / natural rubber latex was studied,the reinforcing mechanism of natural rubber latex and white carbon black was discussed.Through the experiment,the effect of the concentration of silica on the properties of rubber was studied and analyzed the influence of different ultrasonic processing parameters on the natural latex and explore the grinding time,stirring time and the influence of injection pressure on the properties of rubber compound.The main work of this paper is as follows:1.On the basis of theoretical research,this paper proposes a new wet mixing process according to the key technical links in the process-Dehydration link,study and design the twin-screw dewatering equipment,expounds on the core part design ideas and main parameters of the screw.2.The concentration of the concentration of silica on the properties of wet mixing rubber has carried on the experimental study.The results showed that when the concentration of silica was 25%,the mechanical properties of the prepared composite were the best.3.Ultrasonic technology into wet mixing,using the technology of natural latex processing,influence of different ultrasonic parameters on the properties of emulsion.The results show that when the ultrasonic power is 1000 W,ultrasonic time 180 s,silicaparticles and rubber hydrocarbon contact area of the largest carbon black on natural latex fill strong the best sizing material to achieve optimal performance.4.Design of the double screw dewatering equipment for dewatering and drying of wet mixing process in the mixing process,on this basis,on the grinding time,stirring time and injection pressure effects of three factors on the general performance of the rubber was investigated experimentally.The results show that when the grinding time is 210 min,the stirring time is about min and the injection pressure is 1 MPa,the best mechanical properties of the prepared rubber are the best,the dispersion of the filler is the best and optimum performance in use.In this paper,a new wet mixing process was studied,and the effect of each process on the properties of the adhesive was analyzed,finally,the best wet mixing process is obtained.It provides the technical reference for the industrial application of wet mixing.It has important practical significance to accelerate the innovation,transformation and upgrading of the rubber mixing process in China,and to realize the green,efficient and intelligent development of the rubber mixing process.
