Cs is a rare alkali metal with excellent chemical and physical properties, and has broad application prospects in the background of rapid development of technology. In recent years, research and application have received more and more attention. To date, strontium extracts containing strontium-containing radioactive waste water and brine mainly include polyvalent metal phosphates, heteropoly acid salts, composite ion exchange materials, metal ferrocyanides and insoluble ferricyanides, titanium silicon compounds, natural and artificial zeolites. The following is mainly how to prepare a three-dimensional nanostructured yttrium-titanium composite oxide by high-temperature solid phase method and sol-gel method for high-efficiency adsorption separation and purification of Cs+,and its characterization and performance research. In the first part, the cerium ion sieve was prepared by sol-gel method.Firstly, the optimal experimental conditions were determined by multiple sets of single factor experiments and orthogonal experiments. The suitable experimental conditions for preparing the gel by experiment are:the ratio of niobium to titanium is 1:1.5,the stirring time is about two hours, the temperature is 45°C,and the tube furnace roasting temperature is 800°C;the ion sieve prepared under the conditions is The XRD pattern under X-ray diffraction is basically the same as the standard image. Then wash and acid change, and calculate the water loss rate and acid change leaching rate, the water wash loss rate is 30%-40%,determine its acid resistance, the optimal acid molar concentration of acid change is0.2mol/L,here The leaching rate at the acid concentration is up to 87.47%.Finally,the XRD pattern and SEM electron micrograph were obtained by X-ray diffraction to obtain the coral-like structure, and the molecular formula was Cs2Ti6O13.Next,the preparation of the niobium-titanium composite oxide by the high-temperature solid phase method is explored First, titanium hydroxide is prepared, titanium hydroxide and cesium carbonate are uniformly mixed and ground, and cerium-titanium composite oxide is prepared by high-temperature sintering, and multiple orthogonal experiments are performed to clarify the optimum experimental conditions. The XRD pattern obtained by X-ray diffraction of the oxide obtained by calcination at 800°C is generally good, and the XRD pattern is not much different from the standard chart when the ratio of niobium to titanium is 1:1.5.Secondly,the acid-modified 800°C XRD pattern of the best ratio of niobium to titanium is 1:1.5,the ratio of niobium to titanium is 1:1.5,the acid concentration is 0.05 mol/L is the best acid concentration, the acid conversion leaching rate has reached 90%.Finally,by analyzing the XRD pattern and SEM electron micrograph, the molecular formula of the oxide is Cs2Ti6O13 and it is a scaly structure with a large surface area.Through the above experiments,a deeper understanding of the preparation of niobium-titanium composite oxides by the sol-gel method and the high-temperature solid phase method has been obtained. Both of these methods can be used to prepare cerium ion sieves.Although the two methods have their own advantages and disadvantages, the prepared ionic sieves have good physical and chemical properties and must be practical;in the high-tech era where technology is rapidly developing,Further research and exploration in many aspects will definitely drive industry development.
