The application of laser heat treatment technology in the field of industrial processing generally includes laser cutting,laser cladding,laser surface modification,laser softening,etc.Some metal materials with high hardness and brittleness are difficult to be processed by traditional heat treatment.Laser heat treatment can solve this problem well,and the processing status is very good.In the field of Laser heat treatment metal materials,it is very important to study the distribution of temperature field for giving some advice to laser parameters during laser heat treatment.Based on the theory of heat conduction,a three-dimensional simulation model is established for the temperature field of 316 L stainless steel treated by laser.the steady-state temperature field of cuboid work piece model under laser action and the transient temperature field of circular sheet model under the action of laser are solved based on the semi-analytical method of Mathematica software and the finite element method based on ANSYS Workbench platform,respectively.the general expression of acting on the steady-state temperature field of cuboid material is obtained.On this basis,the technological parameters of laser heat treatment are changed,and the influence of various technological parameters on temperature field is analyzed.The results show that:(1)Analysis of temperature field distribution of cuboid 316 L stainless steel work piece under continuous laser action shows that: the temperature is the highest at the center point of laser action,the larger the distance between the center point and the lower the temperature;in a certain range,the laser action time is long enough(enough to make the temperature field steady),the higher the laser power,the smaller the spot radius,the higher the temperature of 316 L stainless steel work piece.(2)As continuous laser acts on circular sheet 316 L stainless steel work pieces,the transient temperature field distribution is as follows: the temperature rise at the center point of laser action is the highest and the difference with the surrounding temperature is the largest,the larger the radial and axial distance from the center point is,the lower the temperature is,the lower the temperature will decrease,and the larger the temperature rise area is almost consistent with the range of laser action.(3)As the pulse laser acts on the 316 L stainless steel work piece of circular sheet,the highest point temperature of the laser action center increases serrated with the increase of the laser action time,and the distribution along the radial temperature is Gaussian.The highest temperature is higher at t=0.7s than at t=0.8s.The temperature contrast between the laser action surface and the back surface is higher t=0.7s than at t=0.8s.The results provide theoretical basis for selecting suitable processing parameters for continuous laser action 316 L stainless steel,and provide reference for laser heat treatment 316 L stainless steel laser process parameters selection.
