| As large as national defense technology and daily necessities,rubber products are becoming an indispensable material for the development of human society,and the vulcanization process plays a key role in the quality of rubber products.If the vulcanization equipment’s vulcanization pressure and temperature cannot meet the vulcanization requirements of the rubber compound,the physical and mechanical properties of the vulcanized rubber compound may be adversely affected,resulting in over-sulfur or under-sulfur of the rubber compound.Therefore,the vulcanization equipment is a decisive factor for ensuring good rubber products..The subject comes from the scientific and technological research project of a large state-owned rubber and plastics machinery company.A new type of drum vulcanizer equipment was researched and designed to achieve continuous vulcanization of rubber products.The quality of vulcanized products is excellent and the degree of automation is high.The main work is as follows:1.According to the specific design parameters required by the company’s project,complete the three-dimensional modeling and design of the main components of the drum vulcanizer,including the structural form design of the vulcanization drum,the structural design of the new heating and pressurizing device,and the determination of the vulcanization bulging angle and vulcanization The pressure and the speed of the curing drum ensure that the temperature,time and pressure required for vulcanization of the rubber compound are satisfied.2.Perform mechanical analysis and destruction of major components,complete the analysis of the strength and stiffness of the vulcanization drum,and verify the rationality of the design of key components.3.Use the finite element analysis software Workbench to perform linear static analysis and temperature field simulation analysis of the vulcanization drum.Through finite element analysis,the deformation of each part of the vulcanization drum is more intuitively seen,and the structure of the vulcanization drum is optimized according to the deformation of the force.The finite element analysis of the temperature field of the vulcanizing drum can be seen through the vulcanization drum.The temperature change of steam after time,so as to determine the time of the beginning of vulcanization of the drum vulcanizer,meet the temperature requirements of the rubber vulcanization process.This paper provides the theoretical basis for the design and research of the new drum vulcanizing machine and fills in the blank about the design theory of the drum vulcanizing machine.The research of this topic is beneficial to the further development of the rubber machine industry in China. |
