Research On Construction Of Knowledge Graph Of Ecological Environmental Standards

Ecological environmental protection standard is an important support for the sustainable development of China,which is of great significance to the construction of future ecological civilization systems and the conviction that lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets.Since The Eleventh Five-Year Plan,in order to deal with the increasingly serious environmental problems,China has launched the revision of more than 1800 environmental standards,which is unprecedented.With the national attention to the development of environmental standards,more and more scholars began to research on environmental standards of China.This study found the existing environmental standard system has some practical problems,such as incomplete database,difficult to search,lack of relevance of standard content and so on.Therefore,this study uses knowledge graph technology,using information methods to organize environmental standard documents and standard content,and puts forward a new idea to build an environmental standard application.This research carried out the research of constructing ecological environment standard knowledge graph,and preliminary discussed the system requirements and functions of the query application.This study combined with the characteristics of environmental standard documents,completed the construction of the standard graph,and built a data application based on the standard graph.After going through the above process,the research further analyzed the process of building standard graph and application,and summarized the construction method and advice of standard graph application,the main research results are as follows.Combined with the goal of building from standard document to knowledge graph,the research has gradually finished the process of collecting environmental standards,designing node relationship network of knowledge graph,extracting knowledge from the content of environmental standard document,building standard graph using Neo4 j,etc.The research finally finished the transformation from standard documents to standard graph.Combined with the goal of solving the application problems of incomplete database,difficult to search,lack of relevance of standard content,this study designed and preliminary developed the "the application of environmental standards and policy",which partially solved the above problems.The study summarizes the various procedures in the construction of the standard graph and the application,and arranges the construction plan and processes for constructing the standard graph,and provides suggestions for the improvement of the application of the standard graph in the future.All in all,this study uses knowledge graph technology to study environmental standards,which is outstanding innovation.The standard graph and application can partially solve the practical problems in the use of existing environmental standards.This research provide new ideas for the study of environmental standards,and have reference significance for using information technology to promote the construction of environmental standard system.
