| As the technical support for coalmine production activities,coalmine standard documents are the technical basis and basic criteria for ensuring coalmine safety.However,there are some problems in the field of coalmine standards,such as limited organization patterns of coalmine standard files,lack of systematic and efficient methods for storing and utilizing coalmine standard documents knowledge,and low utilization rate of coalmine standard knowledge.Therefore,this thesis introduces knowledge graph as a structured reorganization idea for standard documents,which is helpful for mining and utilizing standard knowledge and assisting coalmine standard intelligent construction.Based on national and industry standards related to coalmine as data sources,this thesis has conducted research on the construction and application of knowledge graph for coalmine standard documents.The main work is as follows:(1)Knowledge modeling of coalmine standard documents.Combining the ideas of knowledge unit and ontology construction methods,a knowledge modeling method for coalmine standard documents is proposed.A three-level knowledge unit model for coalmine standard documents,namely " Documents-Elements-Provisions",is proposed.The entity and relationship mode of each unit of knowledge unit are defined in detail,laying a foundation for knowledge extraction.(2)Knowledge extraction of coalmine standard documents.According to the structural characteristics of coalmine standard documents data,a method of extracting knowledge from each unit is designed: using a rule based extraction method to extract semi structured standard documents unit data;The method of combining rules and deep learning model is used to extract unstructured standard provisions unit data,and ALBERT-Bi LSTM-Attention-CRF model is established for entity extraction,base on this,dependency syntax analysis method is used for relational extraction.The data layer construction of coalmine standard document knowledge graph is completed.(3)Knowledge storage and application of coalmine standard documents.Using the Neo4 j graph database storage method,the construction of coal mine standard knowledge graph is completed,and based on this,an application system for coalmine standard document knowledge graph is developed to assist in standard management,providing standard information services such as standard retrieval,standard visualization,and indicators comparison. |
