With the increase in the pressure of efficiency reduction in Angang Mining,as the main object of efficiency reduction,the distribution of automated components is mostly expensive imported components.If there is too much inventory,it will occupy a large amount of liquidity.Starting from the actual level of maintenance services in mining enterprises,making full use of and rational allocation of spare parts resources for automatic components,effectively reducing the operating costs of enterprises and comprehensively improving the management level of spare parts for automatic components are urgent problems to be solved.Based on the inventory management of automation components in Anshan Iron & Steel Co.,Ltd.,this paper gives the solution of automation components by investigating,summarizing,analyzing and researching the present situation of enterprises.The business process of automatic component inventory management is discussed,and the application process of component inventory is optimized.Using the re-established automatic spare parts inventory management related organization,to the most typical service level requirements,the personnel and inventory replenishment model is improved.According to the problem of management of mine automation component,we choose the BP neural network method to predict component demand,screen the neural network variables,establish the neural network model,normalize the data and avoid falling into local minimization processing,determine the neural network parameters,and train the network to analyze the prediction deviation rate,the final deviation rate is reduced to less than 20% to achieve the prediction target.Through the overall design of inventory management information system,network topology design,database design and detailed function design,the forecast demand results of neural network are combined with different inventory control strategies,and applied to the inventory management information system to optimize the inventory results of automatic component distribution,and the number of out-of-stock is reduced by 55 times.Analysis of automation component distribution and automation system maintenance service is the characteristics of inventory management in the mixed supply chain.Through the establishment of component maintenance event model and parameter determination,the service level of automatic component distribution and automatic component inventory management system after inventory management process reengineering is ARENA modeled and simulated.In the process of testing,the local optimal solution of automatic component distribution is solved,and the convergence speed is accelerated.
