Research On Optimization Of Spare Parts Inventory For Cost Reduction

With the development of manufacturing modernization,the automation level of equipment is also higher and higher.How to ensure the continuous and stable operation of high-level automation equipment,accurate spare parts storage is an important link.It is the goal of spare parts management to make spare parts reserve not only meet the needs of equipment maintenance,but also minimize redundant spare parts.In order to achieve this goal,this paper mainly studies the spare parts management from four aspects,and verifies the research results based on the actual situation of K company.Planning Management: optimize the content of preventive maintenance,formulate preventive maintenance plans and management of spare parts demand lists,and conduct research on separate purchases without reserve inventory.Spare parts classification: use ABC classification based on AHP,fast flow classification and slow flow classification to classify the existing spare parts of K company,and combine them to get a two-dimensional classification grid;use ABC classification based on AHP,which can not only consider the cost of spare parts,but also combine the key degree,economic degree and easy access degree of spare parts for the company At the same time,ABC method is used to simplify the evaluation process.Spare parts demand forecast: According to the continuous demand and non-continuous demand,the index smoothing method and croton method are used to forecast the spare parts demand respectively,and compared with the actual demand to verify the accuracy of the method;Spare parts control strategy model: According to the classification results of spare parts,from the perspective of cost reduction,we use(R,Q)control strategy,(s,S)control strategy,(t,S)control strategy and no stock strategy respectively for fast flowing ABC type spare parts,slow flowing a type spare parts,slow flowing B type spare parts and slow flowing C type spare parts.The total cost of inventory before and after the implementation of each control strategy is compared and solved.The management of spare parts for equipment maintenance in FMCG manufacturing enterprises is studied in depth,which can guide K company's spare parts classification,demand forecast and inventory management strategy.It can also be used as a reference for spare parts management in other similar industries.
