Lubricants for various purposes are actually blended with base oils and some different additives.Therefore,the quality of lubricants depends on the quality of the base oil.Furfural refining can take advantage of the special chemical properties of furfural to remove polycyclic short side chain hydrocarbons and non-hydrocarbon compounds in the feedstock oil,thereby improving the quality of the base oil.At present,in the field of research and development of furfural refining devices,two serious problems are facing,one is the corrosion of tannic acid,and the other is the problem of coke formation of twenty furfural.These two problems can often lead to serious consequences such as corrosion of equipment,and drastically reducing the start-up period,in addition to increasing the solvent consumption of the device and increasing production costs.The solution at this stage is mainly to use KQ-1 corrosion inhibition and coke retarder.This kind of chemical agent has good control effect on niobic acid pitting corrosion.Not only this,but also to a certain extent,the tannic acid can be taken out,so it can inhibit the furfural Corrosion of the refining device has a very good effect.The main research object of this article is the effect of different Alkali adding technological parameters on anti-emulsification effect of furfural refining Unit,and to choose the appropriate parameters.the KQ-1 corrosion inhibition and coking agent.The analysis and analysis of its anti-emulsification effect on the furfural refining device under various conditions were conducted to obtain an appropriate production scheme.Firstly,16 sets of data were observed using the orthogonal experiment method,and the results were analyzed to obtain the three optimal factors.MATLAB software uses multiple linear regression to perform regression analysis on 16 sets of experimental data.After eliminating two sets of abnormal data,a multivariate linear regression equation between the effect of adding KQ-1 corrosion inhibitor and its influencing factors was obtained.The daily concentration and temperature were optimally solved.After experiments,we found that our model description was very accurate.According to the multivariate linear regression model in this paper,not only the best conditions for adding KQ-1 corrosion inhibitors but also fine adjustments can be made at any time according to the actual production conditions,so that the furfural refining device can always maintain the most efficient operation state.While our research has solved the current technical problems,it has also provided very significant help to China Petroleum Liaohe Petrochemical Company to reduce costs and increase efficiency,and has laid a solid foundation for future research on related topics.
