In the petroleum and petrochemical industries,due to the leakage of equipment and pipelines each year,a large number of fires and explosions will be caused,resulting in serious economic losses and casualties.The reason is mainly because the main equipment used in the refining process is made of metal materials,and a large amount of sulfur and chloride ions are generated in the petroleum refining process,which causes chemical reactions between water and metals,resulting in the loss of metal ions.The wall thickness of the metal container and the pipe is reduced until the perforation is made.Especially in recent years,the introduction of a large number of inferior crude oils has intensified the corrosion of equipment and pipelines in the refining process,causing frequent accidents,and some pipelines that are difficult to detect frequently,such as high temperature and high altitude,are the most important..Therefore,real-time monitoring of metal equipment and metal pipes such as high temperature and high altitude has become the focus of research in industry seminars and related institutions.This topic is also designed for the needs of online monitoring solutions for highly corrosive metal pipelines,and proposes solutions.This topic is based on the principle of ultrasonic thickness measurement,real-time online thickness monitoring of high corrosion and high temperature pipelines,and research and development of data transmission,software display and other systems.This topic is based on the principle of ultrasonic thickness measur ement,realtime online thickness monitoring of high corrosion and high temperature pipelines,and research and development of data transmission,software display and other systems.The research of this subject is mainly divided into four parts: first,the background and significance of on-line ultrasonic thickness measurement of highcorrosion pipelines,and the development of ultrasonic thickness measurement technology at home and abroad.Second,the mathematical modeling of the ultrasonic thickness measurement system,the establishment of a mathematical model,the design and calculation of the structure of the main components of the sensor,to confirm the technical feasibility.Based on the principle of ultrasonic thickness measurement,the characteristics of ultrasonic waves,such as wave source,propagation process and acoustic impedance,which affect key parameters,are analyzed.By designing and calculating the main components and structures of the system sensor structure and the transducer,it is confirmed that the SH plate wave is used as the wave source,and the transducer for exciting the ultrasonic wave is designed and selected.According to the transmission power consumption,signal-to-noise ratio and high-temperature heat conduction requirements,the material and structure size of the waveguide are analyzed and calculated.Third,the system software and hardware design analysis,according to the entire ultrasonic thickness measurement process,design the hardware circuit required by the system and select the appropriate electrical components to achieve ultrasonic transmission,propagation,reception,data processing.The display of the data interface is realized by designing the software system.Corrosion trends are calculated and analyzed by addin g corresponding algorithms.Fourth,test and analysis,according to the design calculation,make the corresponding prototype and sample.Compare the current main testing tools,compare and analyze the accuracy,accuracy and consistency to verify the accuracy and feasibility of the system.The on-line ultrasonic thickness measurement system for high-corrosion pipelines studied in this project realizes long-term real-time online measurement of high-temperature and high-corrosion pipeline wall thickness,and transmits data wirelessly to the field control room,realizing maintenance-free equipment.Longterm stable operation,data implementation test display.It has made up for the shortage of oil and petrochemical on-site pipeline monitoring technology and provided a solution for real-time monitoring of pipelines.
