| As a kind of edible fungus with high edible and medicinal value,Dictyophora indusiata is known as “the king of delicacies”.In recent years,with the improvement of people’s living standards,people are more and more pursuing the freshness and original ecology of food.The fresh embryo of Dictyophora rubrovalvata is gradually favored by people because of its richer nutrition and taste.In this paper,the effects of packaging material thickness,preservative coating,1-methylcyclopropene fumigation and storage temperature on the preservation of embryo of Dictyophora rubrovalvata were studied.The main results are as follows:1.Under the condition of temperature 4 ℃ and relative humidity 80-85%,taking 0.02 mm ordinary polyethylene(PE)fresh-keeping bag as the control,the effects of PE self sealing bags of0.08 mm,0.12 mm and 0.16 mm thickness on Post harvest Physiology and preservation of embryo of Dictyophora rubrovalvata were studied.The results showed that 0.08 mm treatment group could effectively reduce the weight loss rate of embryo of Dictyophora rubrovalvata,maintain the luminosity of the surface of embryo of Dictyophora rubrovalvata,effectively inhibit the production of MDA from lipid peroxidation of embryo of Dictyophora rubrovalvata,keep PPO activity of embryo of Dictyophora rubrovalvata at a low level and the quality of embryo of Dictyophora rubrovalvata was maintained.The optimum packing thickness of embryo of Dictyophora rubrovalvata was 0.08 mm.2.Under the condition of temperature 4 ℃ and relative humidity 80-85%,the distilled water is used as the control,The effects of 0.6%,0.9%,1.2% chitosan,0.1%,0.2%,0.3% carrageenan and 0.1%,0.2%,0.3% ascorbic acid coating on Post harvest Physiology and preservation of embryo of Dictyophora rubrovalvata were studied,The results showed that chitosan,carrageenan and ascorbic acid could slow down the rise of weight loss rate,inhibit PPO activity and delay the peak of PPO activity.Among the three preservatives,chitosan coating can maintain the content of soluble protein and the quality of embryo of Dictyophora rubrovalvata to a certain extent,among which 1.2% chitosan is the best.In addition,carrageenan treatment had the best effect on maintaining the content of soluble protein and free amino acid,and could effectively inhibit the activity of PPO,among which 0.1% carrageenan was the best.Ascorbic acid treatment can effectively maintain the luminosity and reduce the browning degree of embryo of Dictyophora rubrovalvata0.1% ascorbic acid treatment is the best.The results showed that ascorbic acid had the best effect on the storage of embryo of Dictyophora rubrovalvata,and the optimum concentration was 0.1%.3.Under the condition of temperature 4 ℃ and relative humidity 80-85%,the distilled water is used as the control,The effects of 1μL/L,5μL/L,20μL/L1-methylcyclopropene fumigation on Post harvest Physiology and preservation of embryo of Dictyophora rubrovalvata were studied,The results showed that under the condition of 4 ℃ storage,each concentration of1-methylcyclopropene could inhibit the increase of weight-loss rate and decrease of luminosity of embryo of Dictyophora rubrovalvata,and could maintain good hardness and cohesiveness of embryo of Dictyophora rubrovalvata,elasticity and chewiness,which can effectively inhibit thePPO activity of embryo of Dictyophora rubrovalvata.The 20μL/L treatment group could maintain the luminosity of the embryo of Dictyophora rubrovalvata,inhibit the PPO activity of embryo of Dictyophora rubrovalvata,maintain the elasticity of embryo of Dictyophora rubrovalvata,and maintain the hardness of the embryo of Dictyophora rubrovalvata to a certain extent.When the concentration of 1-methylcyclopropene was 20μL/L,the storage effect was the best.4.Under the same storage condition,the effects of three different temperatures(2℃,4℃,6℃)on post harvest physiology and fresh-keeping effect of embryo of Dictyophora rubrovalvata were studied.The results showed that the storage of embryo of Dictyophora rubrovalvata at 2℃ could effectively inhibit the growth of weight loss rate of embryo of Dictyophora rubrovalvata,maintain the luminosity of Dictyophora rubrovalvata mushroom,inhibit the increase of PPO activity,and reduce the peak of PPO activity,the hardness,cohesiveness,elasticity and chewiness of the embryo of Dictyophora rubrovalvata were well maintained.The results showed that 2℃ was the best,followed by 4℃ and 6℃.5.Comprehensive evaluation,It can be concluded that the optimum PE package thickness is0.08 mm,the optimum storage temperature is 2 ℃,0.1% ascorbic acid can maintain the color of embryo of Dictyophora rubrovalvata,and 20μL/L 1-methylcyclopropene fumigation can effectively maintain the quality of embryo of Dictyophora rubrovalvata. |
