As a rare and precious fruit in Guizhou,Rosa Roxbunghii Tratt is rich in a variety of active substances and has great development value.At present,the current Rosa Roxbunghii Tratt product form is single and the product types are not rich enough,it is difficult to meet the social needs of rapid and diversified development.The successful research and development of Rosa Roxbunghii Tratt oral liquid will integrate the advantages of Rosa Roxbunghii Tratt raw materials and promote the development of Rosa Roxbunghii Tratt industry.In this study,hyperlipidemic mouse model was established to evaluate the hypolipidemic effect of Rosa Roxbunghii Tratt juice and its compound raw materials,The D-optimal mixture design is used to design the Rosa Roxbunghii Tratt compound oral liquid.And the blood lipid-lowering functional evaluation of Rosa Roxbunghii Tratt oral liquid was conducted.The main research and results are as follows:?1?Study on the hypolipidemic effect of related raw materials:To study the hypolipidemic effect of different doses of Rosa Roxbunghii Tratt juice on hyperlipidemic mice.It is found that high and medium dose Rosa Roxbunghii Tratt juice can significantly?P<0.05?reduce the serum of hyperlipidemic mice TG,high-dose Rosa Roxbunghii Tratt juice can significantly?P<0.05? increase serum HDL-C in high-lipid mice,high-,medium-,and low-dose Rosa Roxbunghii Tratt juice can be significantly?P<0.05?increase the HDL-C in the liver of hyperlipidemic mice,and medium and low doses of Rosa Roxbunghii Tratt juice can significantly?P<0.05?reduce the liver TC of hyperlipidemic mice,The results show that Rosa Roxbunghii Tratt juice has the effect of assisting blood lipid lowering,and there is a certain dose-effect relationship.In terms of comprehensive cost and efficacy,the Rosa Roxbunghii Tratt Juice is selected for the development of Rosa Roxbunghii Tratt hypolipidemic oral liquid.The effects of different raw materials on the serum and liver TC,TG,HDL-C content and liver index of hyperlipidemic mice were studied,and1-2 materials with better blood lipid lowering effect were selected.The study found that propolis extract can significantly?P<0.05?reduce the serum TG content in hyperlipidemic mice,Rosa roxbunghii Tratt,tartary buckwheat,propolis and cassia seed can significantly?P<0.05?reduce the liver TC content in hyperlipidemic mice.Rosa roxbunghii Tratt and mung bean can significantly?P<0.05?increase HDL-C content in hyperlipidemic mice.Propolis and tartary buckwheat have the best blood lipid-lowering effect,and tartary buckwheat and propolis have better blood lipid-lowering effect than the other three raw materials and Rosa roxbunghii Tratt juice,so choose propolis,tartary buckwheat as raw materials for research and development of Rosa roxbunghii Tratt hypolipidemic oral liquid.?2?To formulate a mixture of Rosa roxbunghii Tratt oral liquid formula through the mixture design,establish a hyperlipidemia model to study the effect of Rosa roxbunghii Tratt oral liquid on serum lipids in mice,and use the D-optimal mixture design to screen the oral liquid with better blood lipid lowering effect.And the selected Rosa roxbunghii Tratt oral liquid was evaluated for the function of reducing blood lipid and the antioxidant activity.The results show that the three kinds of Rosa roxbunghii Tratt oral liquid have better effects,and the formula is as follows:oral liquid 1:Rosa roxbunghii Tratt juice 88.2%,tartary buckwheat extract 11.8%;oral liquid 2:Rosa roxbunghii Tratt juice 55.7%,propolis extract 44.3%;oral liquid 3:Rosa roxbunghii Tratt juice65.9%,buckwheat extract 10.9%,propolis extract 23.2%.The hypolipidemic functional evaluation of the three Rosa roxbunghii Tratt oral liquids showed that oral liquid 3 can significantly?P<0.05?reduce serum TC,TG,liver TC,TG in hyperlipidemia mice?P<0.05?and significantly?P<0.05?improve serum HDL-C and liver HDL-C;oral liquid 1 can significantly?P<0.05?reduce serum malondialdehyde?MDA?and liver MDA in hyperlipidemic mice;oral liquid 2 can significantly?P<0.05?improve liver T-AOC,GSH-px and T-SOD in hyperlipidemia mice.The results showed that the oral liquid 3 Rosa roxbunghii Tratt tartary buckwheat propolis oral liquid had lower blood lipid-lowering effect than the other two oral liquids.?3?Acute toxicity studies on Rosa roxbunghii Tratt tartary buckwheat propolis oral liquid showed that no mice died in the LD50pilot test,indicating that the oral liquid has no acute toxicity and the LD50of the oral liquid cannot be measured.During the maximum dose experiment,no mice died on 7 and 14 days,and there were no significant lesions in their organs,indicating that Ciria oral solution is safe.The storage stability study of Rosa roxbunghii Tratt buckwheat propolis oral liquid indicated that the Vc content of Rosa roxbunghii Tratt oral liquid showed a downward trend under three storage conditions,and the Vc loss of thorn pear oral liquid was less at 4?;At4?,room temperature,37?storage for 60 days,the total flavonoid content of Rosa roxbunghii Tratt oral liquid has decreased but not much difference,and the loss at 4?is less;The total acid content of Rosa roxbunghii Tratt oral liquid is stored at 4?,room temperature and 37?.The total acid content of the liquid showed a downward trend,and the total acid was relatively stable at 4?;The centrifugal sedimentation rate of Rosa roxbunghii Tratt oral liquid gradually increased with the extension of storage time,and the growth rate of the storage condition at 4?was the slowest;The soluble solids content of Rosa roxbunghii Tratt oral liquid showed a downward trend with the extension of storage time under the three storage conditions,and it was not much different from before storage,and the change at 4?was the smallest.It shows that the oral liquid is more suitable for storage under 4?.
