This study mainly based on laboratory potted plants, selected plant Artemisia ordosica as bioremediation materials,to study the soil physical and chemical properties, seed germination,Artemisia ordosica growth status, petroleum hydrocarbon degradation efficiency and AM fungal infection rate and microstate under the conditions of soil petroleum hydrocarbon pollution concentration of 0,5000,10000,15000,20000 mg/kg,AM amount of 0,50,100,150,200 plants per plant, the main contents are as follows:(1)The germination rate of Artemisia ordosica seeds increased first and then decreased with the increase of petroleum hydrocarbon concentration, and the difference was significant, reached the maximum 85.6% at the pollution concentration of 5000 mg/kg,the chlorophyll content was about 5 times higher than that of ryegrass, and the catalase activity was 4~8 times higher than that of ryegrass, indicated that artemisia seeds have more oil resistance potential and are more suitable for further study as bioremediation materials for oil contaminated soil.(2)Without inoculation, the degradation rate of oil hydrocarbon was as high as 76.83%,and the remediation effect was better for contaminated soil below 5000 mg/kg,while the degradation effect gradually decreased when the pollution concentration was higher than10000 mg/kg.The biomass decreased with the increase of petroleum hydrocarbon concentration, and the organic matter and urease were positively correlated with plant height, indicated that to some extent, the more abundant the nutrient composition in the soil, the better the growth condition of oil artemisia.(3)When inoculated with AM fungi, the biomass of Artemisia ordosica increased, the dead rate decreased significantly, the degradation rate of petroleum hydrocarbon increased significantly, and the best effect was achieved when the inoculation amount was 100 per plant. At 5000 and 10000 mg/kg,the degradation efficiency of petroleum hydrocarbon reached more than 89%.Compared with the non-inoculation,the concentration of Artemisia ordosica adapted to petroleum hydrocarbon pollution increased, indicating that inoculation AM fungi not only increased the degradation rate of petroleum hydrocarbon, but also increased the best oil resistance to oil pollution to 10000 mg/kg.(4)Fungal infection rate AM Artemisia ordosica root circumference decreased first and then increased with the increase of petroleum hydrocarbon concentration, and spore density decreased significantly with the increase of petroleum hydrocarbon concentration, total 13 fungal spores spores were isolated and identified in the soil,of which 10 species, proportion 76.9%,were the dominant species, proportion 83.6% and 67.9%,and the relative abundance was 30.2% and 12.6%.therefore,the combination of artemisia-G.geosporum and artemisia-G.clarideum combinations were recommended for further study as bioremediation materials for oil contaminated soil.(5)After inoculation, the maximum degradation rate of Artemisia ordosica was 67.6% under field conditions, and reached the maximum at 90 days, and the overall degradation rate of field test was lower than that of pot experiment 89.21%,which may be due to the complex situation in field conditions and the difficult control of interference factors.
