Mechanoluminescence?ML?is a new type of light-emitting form that can directly convert multiple kinds of energy common in life,such as mechanical energy,ultrasound and wind energy,into light energy.In the past ten years,ML has been applied in different fields,because of its unique superiority.However,all related reports are based on transient ML,which greatly limits its practical application.This thesis mainly focuses on several problems of ML.Through the material synthesis and device design,two kinds of ML materials with different properties are synthesized and reported.The detailed characterizations of their luminescence and thermoluminescence?ThL?properties are described here.A three-modal anti-counterfeiting device and a mobile tactile sensing device are realized on the basis.The specific research results are summarized as follows:1.A yellow transient ML material Y3Al5O12:Ce3+(YAG:Ce3+)was prepared by high-temperature solid-phase method.The phosphor was compounded with polydimethylsiloxane?PDMS?according to the determined mass ratio to prepare a ML composite.Based on the optimal ML concentration,the tensile,extrusion,friction,tear,and bending induced luminescence of the composite were analyzed and characterized.The mechanism of transient ML of YAG:Ce3+was explained from the perspectives of trap and phonon energy through ThL spectra at different temperatures experiments.2.A green persistent ML material Ba0.5Sr0.5Si2O2N2:Eu2+(BSSON:Eu2+)was synthesized by a high temperature solid-phase method.In the same way,the phosphor and PDMS are compounded according to a certain mass ratio to prepare a ML composite.Based on the optimal ML concentration,the tensile,extrusion, friction,tear,and bending induced luminescence of the composite were analyzed and characterized.The mechanism of persistent ML of BSSON:Eu2+was explained from the perspective of trap energy through ThL spectra at different temperatures experiments.3.Based on transient and persistent performance of ML materials,YAG:Ce3+and BSSON:Eu2+were employed simultaneously to develop two devices:the first one is the three-mode anti-counterfeit device,which could realize the dynamic anti-counterfeiting in three modes under continuous stretching.The second one is the mobile tactile sensing device that could determine the position of the moving target and the trajectory moving in real time.
