In recent years, lightweight and efficient electromagnetic wave absorbing materials have received increasing attention, due to the increasing demand for electronic equipment in the industrial, commercial and military fields.MXene,as a class of two-dimensional(2D)transition metal nitrides and carbonitrides, are emerging as electromagnetic wave absorbing materials owing to their unique 2D structure, large specific surface area and high electrical conductivity. In this paper,high-pressure Ti2AlC and Ti3AlC2 samples are successfully synthesized by pressureless sintering method, which provides high-quality raw materials for further etching to prepare MXene samples. We tried to delamination multilayer MXene by microwave assisted delamination technology(MAD).In the mixed solution of N-methylpyrrolidone(NMP)and deionized water, the specific capacitance of Ti3C2Tx sheets layered by MAD method can reach 136.87 F/g,which is more than 270%higher than the specific capacitance of stacked Ti3C2Tx of the same quality. The one-step microwave(MW)method offers a new idea for the stripping of MXenes flakes, which does not involve the use of any surfactant or ultrasonication steps.Ni nanoparticles are supported on the surface and between the layers of 2D Ti3C2Tx MXene by palladium-free electroless nickel plating. The influence of deposition temperature, time and pH value on Ni particle size and content are systematically studied. The phase composition and morphology of Ni/Ti3C2Tx nanocomposite are characterized by X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy, respectively. The complex dielectric constant and permeability of Ni/MXene are measured by a vector network analyzer, and the microwave absorption performance of the composite material is evaluated based on this. The results show that Ni/Ti3C2Tx has excellent electromagnetic wave absorption performance, and the strong absorption is attributed to the good matching characteristics of dielectric loss and magnetic loss.In summary, this paper designes a new method to achieve efficient layering of MXene samples.Through the simple electroless plating method,Ni nanoparticles with uniform particles are grown on the surface and between the MXene nanosheets, and the absorbing mechanism and absorbing properties of the Ni/MXene composite are further studied. This has very important significance for future research and application of absorbing materials.
