Cyclonic The main destructive force of a gas explosion is the high-temperature flame and shock wave generated by the explosion.The high-temperature flame and shock wave will bring great disaster to the underground roadway,equipment and personnel.A large number of accident cases and experimental data show that ignition energy has a significant effect on the initial propagation of gas explosions,and the concentration of gas is also an important factor influencing the propagation of gas explosions.There are many types of fire sources that can cause gas explosions downhole,the energy sources of fire sources are different,and the gas is unevenly distributed in many roadways,resulting in complex gas concentration distribution characteristics.Therefore,in this paper,the effects of ignition energy and gas concentration on gas explosion propagation were studied experimentally.The principle of the ignition system is to use capacitor charging and discharging,and use the breakdown current generated by the high voltage to achieve the purpose of ignition.You can obtain different amounts of ignition energy by changing the charging voltage.The gas used in this experiment is pre-mixed and then filled into the pipeline,and different concentrations of gas and air mixed gas can be configured through the pre-mixing tank.At normal temperature and pressure,the orthogonal analysis of gas concentration and ignition energy is used to study and analyze the law of gas explosion propagation.In this experiment,three ignition energies and three different concentrations of gas and air mixed gas were used for the test,and the following conclusions were drawn:1)In closed pipelines,the gas explosion overpressure and flame speed do not increase one after another,but there is a tendency to rise first,then fall,and then rise and then fall.2)As the gas concentration increases,the gas explosion pressure rises first and then decreases,and the gas explosion flame speed decreases first and then rises.Among the three measured concentrations,the explosion overpressure is the largest when the gas concentration is 9.5%,and the gas concentration is 7.5 At%,the flame speed is maximum.3)The influence law of ignition energy on the propagation of gas explosion will be greatly affected by the gas concentration,and the influence law of gas concentration on gas explosion is almost not affected by the ignition energy.From the point of view of impact,the gas concentration has a greater influence on the propagation of gas explosion than the ignition energy.
