In this thesis,the analysis methods of 13 common OPEs in environments are optimized,and the pollution characteristics of OPEs in the surface water environment of Changzhou and Taihu Lake are studied.The pollution characteristics of OPEs in the sewage and storage water bodies of a sewage treatment plant in Changzhou and Beijing,and the removal efficiency of OPEs by the sewage treatment plant were studied;the pollution characteristics of OPEs in wastewater and surface water of Changzhou enterprises were investigated;The pollution characteristics of OPEs in 19 Taihu inflow rivers water bodies and water bodies in different areas of Taihu Lake were analyzed.The main conclusions are as follows:?1?UPLC-MS/MS detection methods for 13 kinds of common OPEs in the environment,was established and improved,and the simultaneous rapid determination of OPEs with large polar spans was completed.The solid-phase extraction column,eluent,and eluent volume were optimized.An analytical method with a wide linear range and good spike recovery was established.The method has high sensitivity and good reproducibility.The method plays a certain role in studying the pollution status,migration and transformation of various OPEs in the environment.Thirteen types of OPEs were detected in the influent and effluent of 7 Changzhou sewage treatment plants.The total concentration of OPEs in the influent and effluent was 329.264391.12ng·L-1 and 323.13839.71 ng·L-1respectively.It was found that SBR process indicated the highest removal effect while CAST process had the worst OPEs removal effect by comparingA/O,A2O,SBR and CAST four wastewater treatment processes.It was found that SBR removed OPEs better,followed by A2O process,and.An environmental risk assessment of the effluent from Changzhou Sewage Treatment Plant reveales that TPhP has a high risk in the effluent from 5 sewage treatment plants and a moderate risk in the effluent from the other 2 sewage treatment plants.TEHP has medium risk in the effluent of all sewage treatment plants;other OPEs monomers have low or no risk in the effluent of Changzhou sewage treatment plant.?2?Sewage treatment plants are the gathering place of urban OPEs and an important source of OPEs in the environment.In the detection of the total influent of a sewage treatment plant in Beijing,the TEP concentration was highest,with a large fluctuation range,and the concentration range was between 62.5 and 203.5 ng·L-1.The removal rate of OPEs by one Beijing sewage treatment plant is 50%.Sewage treatment plant effluent is the main source of OPEs contained in water bodies.For the effluent of Beijing Sewage Treatment Plant,TEHP was found to have a high risk,and other organophosphates had a lower risk?RQ<0.10?.?3?The pollution characteristics of OPEs in key polluting enterprises and surface water in Changzhou was investigated,and the environmental risks of OPEs was assessed in the water bodies of the Changzhou Jinghang Grand Canal and Danjinyu River,and the sources of OPEs in surface water was also analyzed.The OPEs was widely detected in surface water and enterprise wastewater in Changzhou.TCPP,TEP and TCEP are the highest organic phosphate monomers in water.There are detected 13kinds of OPEs in Changzhou's industrial wastewater,and the?OPEs content is91.702778.57 ng·L-1.The OPEs of the influent and inflow water of the two industrial wastewater concentrated wastewater treatment plants are much higher than those of other enterprises.The highest content,consistent with the highest content species in surface water.By assessing the ecological risks of OPEs in the surface water environment of Changzhou,TEHP has high risk only at one point,57.14%at other points,and moderate environmental risks at other points.The environmental risks of other organic phosphates are relatively small?RQ<0.10?.?4?The composition characteristics and spatial-temporal distribution of OPEs in19 inflow rivers and water bodies of Taihu Lake were analyzed,and the environmental risks of OPEs in Taihu water bodies was assessed.OPEs are widely present in the waters of lakes and Taihu Lakes.The concentrations of OPEs in rivers and Taihu lake in winter and summer are 180.387059.07 ng·L-1 and 154.442525.49 ng·L-1,respectively.TEP,TCPP,and TCEP are the three main substances,which accounts for 87%of the total OPEs.The northern and western Taihu lakes presnt the highest concentrations of OPEs,because Changzhou and Yixing in the upper reaches of the rivers have developed industries and large wastewater discharges,while the southern lakes have the lowest concentrations of OPEs.The OPEs content of the rivers entering the lake in winter is higher than that in summer.Industrial production is the main factor affecting the content and distribution of OPEs.The results of ecological risk assessment show that OPEs in Taihu Lake water body have low environmental risk to aquatic organisms?RQ<0.1?,but the aquatic ecological effects of OPEs in Taihu Lake water body cannot be ignored.
