In recent years,under the pressure of high house prices,small houses have become more and more popular.Small-scale housing can not only meet the needs of young people to settle down and buy their own houses,but also meet the housing needs of low-income people in cities with low down-payment threshold.With the enthusiasm of small-scale housing booming,the search for small-scale furniture market has also increased.However,in the new era of big houses,big furniture is not only expensive,but also unsuitable for small houses.Small dwellings have limited space,but this does not mean that the reduction of space area will reduce the quality of life.Therefore,in order to have a complete functional space,and not make the space appear crowded,we must consider the design of furniture.Multifunctional,deformable,small-sized furniture is best pushed to consumers.Multifunctional modular furniture refers to furniture that can be used for two or more purposes and can be flexibly and freely combined.It can not only meet the normal functional needs,but also allow consumers to participate in the design,bringing people a new furniture culture.How to organically combine the design of multi-functional composite furniture with the space restriction of small residences to create a comfortable and convenient home space,we need to make a comprehensive analysis and research from the aspects of space,functional requirements of furniture,structure and size.This paper is mainly divided into two parts,one is to analyze the attributes of small apartment type as furniture,the other is to analyze the attributes of multi-functional combination as furniture.In this part of furniture attributes,the author first chooses large and small units as cases,and makes a comparative analysis from the aspects of quantity,area,functional space,type and size,from which we can see the impact of small unit area restriction on residential furniture.The restriction of small apartment also affects the function space structure of small apartment,which leads to the confusion of function space and the generation of mixed function space.In view of this,the author summarizes and analyses several main mixed functional spaces through data collection on the Internet and the market,which provides a basis for the analysis of furniture functions and combinations.As a part of furniture attribute,the author first analyzed the reason why multi-functional combination furniture can become the mainstream choice of small residential.In addition,the shortcomings of existing multi-functional composite furniture and the standard of excellent multi-functional composite furniture are pointed out.Then,according to the mixed function space summarized above,the possibility of furniture function mixing in different mixed function space is analyzed.Finally,according to the previous research,a brief scheme is designed by using part of the time appropriately.
