| The new development concept is the latest theoretical achievement made by the Communist Party of China in combining Marxist political economic principles with the great practice of China’s reform and opening up.It has a strategic,guiding and leading the characteristics,is a new era in our country’s economic and social development of the baton,traffic lights,is to promote the practice of the strategy of rejuvenating rural lead in ethnic minority areas.Over the past four decades of the reform and opening-up,China has made great achievements in economic and social development,and the people’s living standards have undergone a qualitative leap.However,there are still many problems and contradictions in development that need to be resolved due to historical,locational,factor allocation and other factors.For example,the development between urban and rural areas,between regions and among ethnic groups is unbalanced and inadequate,and the economic development layout is not coordinated with the regional ecological resources and environment.The problem of environmental protection of lake water ecological resources and the coordinated development of economy and society around the lake in Yunnan-Guizhou plateau has not been completely solved,the new concept of development provides theoretical guidance and methods for solving these contradictions and promoting high-quality development.This paper takes Jianhu lake to be developed in Jianchuan county as an example,and takes the new development concept as the practice guide to explore the mechanism of environmental protection of Jianhu water ecological resources and the coordinated development of economy and society around the lake,so as to provide theoretical and practical samples for the comprehensive,balanced and sustainable development between the lake and the surrounding lake area in the Yunnan-Guizhou plateau.Jianhu lake is located in the suburb of Jianchuan county,Yunnan province,7kilometers away from the county seat.It is a typical representative of the lake to bedeveloped in the Yunnan-Guizhou plateau.The area around Jianhu lake is inhabited by Bai people,because the Yunnan-Guizhou plateau has not been a about lake water ecological resources,environmental protection and the success of the economic and social harmonious development samples,Jianchuan county has always been to seek Jianhu lake ecological resources in the Jianhu lake environmental protection and economic and social coordinated development path,to this day the sword lake is still in the development phase,this also is I choose ring sword lake area green development as the cause of the master’s thesis research object.To study it from the perspective of New Development Concept is to regard it as a set of five dimensions of innovation,coordination,green,openness and sharing.The effective evaluation of this set from these five dimensions will provide a good basis for its development.Based on the current situation of Jianhu area,the paper explores new forms of business,new industries and new models of regional development from the perspective of new development concept.With the new type of business and new mode,the area around Jianhu lake will be open and Shared,and the ecological resources and environment of Jianhu lake will be coordinated with the economic and social development around the lake.This paper analyzes the regional development situation of Jianhu lake from the five dimensions of "innovation,coordination,green,opening and sharing",and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for the problems based on the ecological resources and environment of Jianhu lake and the economic and cultural conditions of the villages around the lake.Finally,it looks forward to the regional development. |
