In recent years,Co-working market in China is facing a crucial period of integration.During this period,the optimization and upgrading of the office environment is the core way for joint office enterprises to overcome difficulties.Office furniture,as a direct medium for communication between the office group and the office environment,plays an important role in improving work efficiency and providing emotional compensation.The emotional design of furniture and facilities based on the needs of the office group can promote the occurrence of communication or cooperation behaviors and the creation of creative ideas in the space,and then promote the positive development of the Co-working mode.But at present,the emotional design of joint office furniture is insufficient,and research in the field of Co-working industry is mostly focused on the design of office environment.With the Co-working group taken as the core research object,main research contents of this article are as follows:Firstly,the status,characteristics and development direction of the Co-working market in China are discussed,and the emotional theory and related knowledge are combed.Secondly,based on the full research background and theoretical basis,in-depth research and analysis of the characteristics and work patterns of the Co-working group by using survey research methods,observation methods and statistical analysis methods.Besides,the emotional needs of the group's instinct level,behavior level,and reflection level are analyzed by using the "three levels of emotional design" theory proposed by American psychologist Norman as a research framework.Through the above research content,the basic principles of emotional design of joint office furniture are summarized as follows:1.The principle of comfort for the purpose of achieving group physical and psychological feelings;2.The principle of flexibility with the main content of furniture adjustment,system and individuality;3.The principle of intelligence supplemented by technological products and new materials;4.The principle of guidance to meet the needs of body relaxation and unconscious communication during the work process.On the basis of inductive design principles,the design practice of modular furniture and furniture accessories products is finished.It is expected that the relevant research and design practice of this paper can provide some reference for the design and improvement of joint office furniture,and then have a positive impact on the integration and development of the Co-working industry in China.
