Soy protein poplar plywood is rich in nutrients which is needed for survival of microorganisms.Given all that,soy protein poplar plywood is prone to mildew and has poor anti-mildew performance which impede the use and promotion of it.Therefore,the development of soybean protein poplar plywood with anti-mildew properties is vital which can extend the service life of plywood,expand its use range,and improve the comprehensive utilization of fast-growing materials.In this thesis,poplar plywood adhered with soybean protein-based adhesives as the research object utilized the advanced testing and analysis equipments to researching the antifungal,physical and chemical properties of soybean adhesives,the mechanical and antifungal properties of poplar plywood,the effects of antifungal post-treatment on the properties of soybean plywood,and the antifungal treatment mechanism.The main conclusions are as follows:?1?Nano-Ag/Ti O2 can inhibit the mildew and decay of soybean meal and soybean-based adhesives to a certain extent,but the inhibitory effect is not ideal.Under the conditions of temperature of 25°C and relative humidity of 85%after 28 days,the soybean in which the Nano-Ag/Ti O2 added 1.3%was infected by mold reached 100%.The anti-mildew compound?Nano-Ag/Ti O2&ZPT?and p-cumylphenol could significantly improve the anti-mold durability of soybean meal and soybean-based adhesives.And the area of soybean infected by molds under the same conditions is 0%and 25%,respectively.?2?When the addition ratio of Nano-Ag/Ti O2&ZPT is 0.8%,the addition ratio of p-cumylphenol is1%,the mechanical properties of the prepared anti-mildew soy-based poplar plywood could meet the quality requirements of class II plywood,respectively.?3?The control efficacy of Aspergillus niger on poplar veneer which added antifungal agent containing Nano-Ag/Ti O2?concentration 2%?,ammonia copper as the main active ingredient?concentration 2%?,and copper as the main active ingredient?concentration 2%?was 45%,100%and79%,respectively.The result showed that all of the three antifungal agents can inhibit the Aspergillus niger.the antifungal agent with ammonia copper as the main component had the excellent control effect,whicn spray on poplar specimens meeting the requirements of mold infection level 0.?4?Poplar plywood prepared by adding 0.8%Nano-Ag/Ti O2&ZPT to soy-based adhesive,and spraying the surface with ammonia copper as the main active ingredient at a temperature of 25°C and a relative humidity of 85%for 28 days,the antifungal effect of the plywood could reach 100%,and the bonding strength could still reach 0.90MPa.The result showed that the poplar plywood prepared by the combined treatment method had the excellent mildew-proof effect and meet the quality requirements of class II plywood.
