With the development of highly sensitive detection technology and in-depth study of environmental toxicology,progestin,as a new type of environmental endocrine disruptor,has attracted more and more attention.Recent studies have shown that progestin can affect the spawning of fishes at a level as low as 0.8 ng/L,which is a risk to fishes' population.Therefore,it is necessary to deeply study the occurrence types,contents,migration and transformation of progestin in the environment,so as to provide basic data and basis for environmental risk assessment and pollution control.However,the researches on progestin,such as the concentration level,removal,and environmental risks in wetland environment,are relatively limited.In this study,62 progestins(19 natural progestins and 43 synthetic progestins)were used to study the concentration,migration and distribution of progesterone in the wetland water and mud of Beijing Olympic Forest Park.Other than that,we place the emphasis on the enrichment level and characteristics of progestin in wetland plants.19 progestins were detected in the water phase and the sludge phase of the wetland,including 10 natural progestins and 9 synthetic progestins,which were natural progestins: P,20?-DHP,11?-OHP,20?-OHP,5?-DHP,5?-DHP,3?,5?-THP,3?,5?-THP,3?,5?-THP,3?,5?-THP,synthetic progestins: Delta P,16-DHP,CPA,MGA,MPA,MFP,NET,ETH,NG.The concentration range in the water was 0.01-3.33 ng/L,and in the sludge was 0.02-78.56 ng/g dw.The highest concentration of natural progestin was found.The higher concentrations in water phase were 5?-DHP and 5?-DHP.The highest concentration in sludge phase was 3?,5?-THP which was not detected in water phase.Compared with other treatment units,the removal effect of vertical flow wetland and mixed functional area are the best.According to the concentration of influent and effluent,the percentage of reduction of progestins concentration are as follows: 38% for natural progestin,90% for progestin derivative,62% for 17?-OHP deriv-ative and 21% for NT derivative.A total of 23 progestins were detected in the plant phase,and higher concentrations of progestin were enriched(0.06-1428.88 ng/g dw).6?-OHP,6?-OHP,21?-OHP,17?,20?-DOHP,5?-DH-17-OHP,11?-OHPA,1,6-DDHP,1,6-DDH-17-OHP,ENG,NTE as new matter.Compared with water and sludge,progestins with polyhydroxy structure are more easily absorbed and enriched by plants.The concentration of natural progestins was the highest.The enrichment coefficients of the three types of plants were floating plants>emergent plants>submerged plants.Through mass balance,it was found that except for the degradation or conversion of progestin derivatives,the other three types all exhibited negative removal,which may be caused by the dissociation of the bound state.
