In this paper,the pure water medium safety valve in the hydraulic support is taken as the research object,and the system and in-depth research are carried out using theoretical analysis,parameter design,finite element simulation and other methods.The paper designed the structural parameters of pure water safety valve and verified the design results;studied the influence of the valve port structure on the probability of cavitation;simulated and analyzed various valve port structures,and designed the resistance through the optimization of the valve port structure The hydraulic support water medium safety valve with strong cavitation ability;according to the performance testing requirements of the hydraulic support safety valve,the overall scheme of the safety valve test bench and the hydraulic system are constructed,and the detection circuit and human-computer interaction interface of the test system are designed.The main work of the thesis is as follows:(1)Based on the analysis and research on the current status of pure water medium control valves at home and abroad,combined with the actual working conditions of hydraulic support safety valves,the technical requirements and performance indicators for designing pure water safety valves were proposed,and the design of pure water hydraulic safety valves was determined.Scheme and structural parameters.The design parameters were checked,and their stability was analyzed to verify the rationality of the design.(2)In view of the cavitation problems that occur in pure water hydraulic safety valves,the multi-stage principle and separation principle are used to design the valve port structure,and nine types of valve port structures are obtained;the valve port structure and Finite element analysis was carried out on the 9 newly designed valve port structures.The analysis results showed that the flat trapezoidal structure with inclination has good anti-cavitation characteristics.(3)According to the performance testing requirements of the hydraulic support safety valve,the overall scheme of the safety valve test bench was determined,and the hydraulic system was designed,focusing on the design of the hardware circuit of the detection system,including sensor selection,data acquisition,IV conversion,MCU peripheral circuit,The communication interface,storage interface,power supply and other modules are designed.(4)Testing system software design.The lower computer software program is based on the ARM software debugging platform of keilVision5,and uses STM32F103 to realize multi-channel analog A/D conversion,SD card storage,US ART transmission,SPI bus transmission,etc.The host computer uses a handheld embedded device as the terminal display device.After using the QT compilation software to write the human-computer interaction interface in the Linux system,the cross compilation tool is used to generate the Uboot,Kernel,System.img image file under the ARM platform,and then use The CMD console burns the image file into the embedded device to realize the cross-platform transplantation of the program.(5)Complete the system hardware and software debugging.Using the signal generator to simulate the output signal of the sensor,the entire test system was tested and verified.
