In this paper,the pure water medium hydraulic control one-way valve used in hydraulic support is taken as the research object,and the theoretical analysis,parameter calculation,finite element simulation,experiment and other methods are used to carry out a systematic research on it.In this paper,the structure of hydraulic control check valve for pure water medium is designed,and the dynamic characteristics of the valve are analyzed.The influence of valve port structure on cavitation are studied,and four kinds of valve port structures are simulated and analyzed.The valve port structure is optimized through the simulation results,and the water medium hydraulic control one-way valve of hydraulic support with strong cavitation suppression ability is designed.The overall scheme of the hydraulic control check valve performance test bench is constructed,and the data acquisition hardware and software of the test system are designed.Finally,the designed hydraulic control check valve is tested.The main work of this paper is as follows:(1)On the basis of studying the structure status of hydraulic valve for pure water medium at home and abroad,combined with the actual working condition of hydraulic support hydraulic control check valve,the main structural parameters of pure water hydraulic control check valve are designed according to the technical requirements,and the design method of pure water hydraulic control check valve is determined.According to the designd structure,the working state of hydraulic control check valve in unloading stage is studied.The working stability of the hydraulic control check valve is proved by the recursive function method and the Routh Horwitz criterion.(2)In view of the serious cavitation phenomenon in water medium hydraulic system,four kinds of valve port structures which can suppress cavitation are proposed through theoretical analysis.Based on the cavitation model and turbulence model in computational fluid dynamics,the flow fields of the four valve port structures with three different opening degrees are simulated and analyzed.Finally,the results show that the model with fillet of valve seat and high-pressure throttling passage can restrain cavitation well.(3)According to the requirements of the national standard for the performance test of the hydraulic control check valve,the performance test scheme of the hydraulic control check valve is designed,and the overall scheme of the performance test bench is designed,including the design of the hydraulic system,the structure design of the booster cylinder and the accumulator.The hardware system of the data acquisition system of the hydraulic control one-way valve test-bed is built,the appropriate sensor and data acquisition card are selected,and the upper computer interface of the data acquisition system is designed by using Lab VIEW software.(4)The performance of the designed hydraulic control check valve sample is tested,and the probability of cavitation is analyzed by collecting the valve outlet pressure signal and comparing the frequency spectrum.The results show that the performance parameters of the hydraulic control check valve can meet the requirements of the national standard;The valve port structure of the hydraulic control check valve can better inhibit the generation of cavitation.
