Road transport accidents of chemical products often cause a large number of casualties,property losses and environmental damage.It is of great practical significance to rationally identify the road transport safety risks of chemical products,quantitatively evaluate the danger degree and formulate effective risk control measures for the protection of road transport safety of chemical products.Grounded theory,this paper qualitative research methods,through the three-level coding for depth interview data and accident cases,summarized the statistical data analysis,to identify security risks,get the personnel,vehicles,equipment,for factors,transport,environmental factors and organization and management of five main categories,as well as people's physiological and psychological factors,professional skills,safety responsibility consciousness,such as 19 categories,constitute the main influence factors for road transport safety.Secondly,integrated Dematel-ISM is adopted to analyze the relationship between risk factors of road transportation of hazardous chemicals and the degree of mutual influence.By building a multi-level hierarchical structure model,it is concluded that the key influencing factors of road transportation safety of hazardous chemicals are professional skills and the deep influencing factors are laws and regulations.Furthermore,the risk evaluation index system of road transportation for hazardous chemicals is constructed,and the risk evaluation model of road transportation for hazardous chemicals is constructed by using intuitionistic fuzzy analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Finally,by a company in xi 'an to Shanghai four fluorine ethane road transport business as evaluation object,evaluation concluded that the risk level for large transport tasks,primary index value at risk as follows:personnel factors>organization management factors>transport environmental factors>transportation environment for factors>vehicle equipment factor>chemical risk factor,and the level of index weight contrast it is concluded that the mission had a greater influence on the environmental conditions,is consistent with the actual situation.The application of grounded theory to risk identification of hazardous chemical road transport and the combination of integrated DEMATEL-ISM and intuitionistic fuzzy level risk assessment can provide a new method and means for risk assessment of hazardous chemical road transport.
