Research On Evaluation Of Low-carbon Economic Development Level Of Coal Enterprises In China Based On Rough Set

Coal occupies a dominant position in China's energy structure and is the most important cause of greenhouse gas emissions.It is imperative for coal companies to develop a low-carbon economy,and scientifically evaluating the development level of coal companies'low-carbon economy is the prerequisite for solving this problem.Accurately evaluating the low-carbon development level of coal enterprises,and in-depth analysis of the key factors and key links that restrict the development of low-carbon development are of great practical significance for coal companies to formulate targeted low-carbon development strategies and promote the achievement of low-carbon development goals.This article first sorts out the domestic and foreign literature on low-carbon economy.Through comparative analysis with related concepts such as green economy and circular economy,it clarifies the concept and characteristics of low-carbon economy;outlines the sustainable development related to low-carbon economy theories,environmental Kuznets curve,decoupling development theory,externality theory and other theories have analyzed and evaluated the development status of China's coal enterprises' low-carbon economy.On this basis,following the principles of completeness,independence,data availability,qualitative and quantitative combination,a coal enterprise with 17 indicators has been constructed from four aspects of low-carbon mining,resource utilization,environmental protection scientific research and innovation the evaluation index system of low-carbon economic development level,and further select the relatively new rough set evaluation method in recent years to construct the evaluation model.Subsequently,using the evaluation model,the LY coal mine enterprises' low carbon economic development data from 2015 to 2019 was used as a sample to conduct an empirical evaluation of the enterprise.The evaluation results show that:from 2015 to 2019,the comprehensive evaluation value of the low-carbon economic development level of LY enterprises has increased year by year,indicating that the low-carbon economy of LY coal mine enterprises is developing well,which is consistent with the actual situation of the enterprise,and has verified the rough set to a certain extent.Evaluate the effectiveness of the method.In addition,further analysis shows that water consumption per 10,000 yuan of output value,comprehensive utilization of "three wastes",comprehensive utilization of coal gangue,and the proportion of environmental protection investment have an important impact on the realization of low-carbon development of LY coal mine enterprises,which is the LY enterprise's development of low-carbon economy the key factor,enterprises should pay attention to the monitoring of these indicators.Finally,based on the above analysis results,this article puts forward some suggestions for LY coal mine enterprises to further improve the development level of low-carbon economy.
