Performance Evaluation Of Grouting Filling Material In Goaf Subsidence Area Of Daizhuang Coal Mine

For a long time,the large amount of mined-out subsidence areas left after mining coal has seniously affected the ecological environment of the mining area,and the governance of the mined-out subsidence areas is imperative.Grouting filling is an effective way to control the mined-out subsidence area.The performance of the materials used is one of the key factors affecting the effect of grouting filling.This article is based on the configuration process of grouting and filling materials in goaf sabsidence area of Daizhuang Coal Mine,starting from the aspects of performance parameters of gorouting and filling materials,grouting process requirements,environmental protection requirements,geological conditions and features of goaf,material distribution and supply,etc.Rased on the analysis of the basic conditions and the characteristics of grouting and filling treatment in Daizhuang coal mine goaf subsidence area,the performance requirements of grouting filling materials in Daizhuang coal mine goaf subsidence area were determined.On this basis,the performance evaluation indexes of grouting and filling materials in the goaf subsidence area of Daizhuang Coal Mine were selected.Subsequently,the analytic hierarchy process was used to determine the weight of each evaluation index.Among them,the environmental protection requirements,geological conditions,and characteristics of the goaf were more weighted.Finally,the grouting in the goaf subsidence area of the Daizhuang Coal Mine was constructed based on the unascertained measurement theory.The performance evaluation model of the filling material evaluates the performance of the grouting filling material in the mined-out area of Daizhuang Coal Mine,and the evaluation result is "better".The evaluation of the properties of the grouting filling materials in the goaf subsidence area provides a scientific basis for further improving the performance of the grouting materials.The research results can be used as reference for the performance evaluation of other grouting filling materials with similar conditions in the goaf subsidence area.
