In recent years,with the rapid development of the national economy,the demand for oil has been greatly improved,oil injection is the most important part of the production process.In the oilfield water injection system,the water injection pump is to ensure that crude oil production,stable production of key equipment,its use of a wide range,the amount of large,but the pump used in the pump water consumption is very large.To solve this problem,a pump company designed 4JB radial reciprocating piston pump,which has the advantages of compact structure,high efficiency,low power consumption advantages,but the trial process found that the pump noise is too large,serious impact on the pumping station staff's health and work status.Therefore,it is important to identify the noise source and reduce the noise.In this paper,the noise problem of 4JB piston pump is taken as the research object.Firstly,the domestic and foreign advanced noise source identification methods are compared.The noise source identification experiment is designed based on the the theory of sound intensity.Then,through the analysis of the test results,the main noise source and the corresponding generating parts are identified,and the whole noise source identification and analysis method is summarized and refined.Finally,some noise control measures are put forward for the main noise source.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Introduces the current research situation of noise characteristics,noise source recognition technology and noise control of piston pump at home and abroad.The main sources of noise and the mechanism of 4JB piston pump are analyzed theoretically.Combined with the structural characteristics of the piston pump,Principle and test conditions,select the sound intensity method for noise measurement.(2)The basic concept,principle,data processing method and sound intensity method of sound intensity measurement technology are introduced.The noise source identification test of 4JB piston pump is designed based on sound intensity method.The test equipment,test System,test plan and precautions are summarized.(3)The acoustic spectrum analysis,the whole sound intensity spectrum analysis,the spectral analysis of the specific position measurement point,the acoustic intensityanalysis and the sound power analysis at the specific frequency are carried out to identify the main noise source and the corresponding generating parts.Sound power contribution from high to low are: eccentric spindle,distribution valve,meshing gear and suction pipe sink.(4)This paper summarizes and refines the noise source identification and analysis method for 4JB piston pump.The basic principles,operation flow and recognition process of the method are demonstrated in detail in the form of aggregate operation and block diagram.(5)Some noise control measures are put forward for different noise sources,and the effectiveness of the improved design of eccentric spindle dynamic balancing is verified by ADAMS simulation.
