The automobile industry plays an important role in the development of national economy.The design and manufacture of stamping die for large automobile panel is one of the key technologies in automobile manufacturing.The traditional stamping die structure design mainly depends on the existing norms and personnel experience of the enterprise,and pay little attention on the actual stress and deformation of the mold structure.In the process of stamping,the structure of the actual die has subjected to large forming force and the elastic deformation occurs in the working condition.It has a great influence on the fitting degree of the punch and die surface,which leads to the long time of the mould research,restricting the cycle of mould design and manufacture.According to automotive panel die in stamping process in the presence of deflection problems,put forward analysis method of die structure contact force mapping based on deformation of stamping mould,die mold surface and to establish compensation scheme,in the design stage of the mould by modifying the mold surface,to offset the impact of the actual deformation.First of all,This paper describes the influence of the elastic deformation of the die on the formability of sheet metal in the process of stamping.the load mapping algorithm and its application in automobile stamping die,and the compensation of the die surface has studied.This paper discusses the solid elastic-plastic finite element method,contact search and contact force calculation,the structure analysis method of the joint forming load mapping mold,and the method of surface reconstruction,analysis and evaluation.Secondly,the method an application of CAE analysis technology of sheet metal forming has discussed with the example of the outer cover of the engine cover.DYNAFORM software was used to establish the simulation model of stamping,and the numerical simulation of sheet metal stamping process was carried out,and the contact load information between sheet metal and die has getted.In the LMS Virtual.Lab,the finite element mesh of the die is divided and the constraints are applied.The contact load mapping program is implemented to obtain the accurate load distribution on the die surface.Finishing,modifying the K file to submit LS-DYNA solution analysis,get the stamping die structure deformation.Finally,The distribution of the elastic deformation of the punch and the press machine has analyzed,and the die model surface has repaired in CATIA.The surface smoothness of the reconstructed surface has analyzed.By using the mode of reverse engineering technology,the static virtual gap distribution of mould after NC milling machining die has been display.Verify the results of the surface compensation and develop mold surface training programs to reduce the difficulty of mold debugging.According to the research data and comparison,the results show that the load mapping method for analysis of mould structure deformation,and the design of engine cover plate mold,improve the mold for the first time research rate,reduce the workload of mold repair.It has a certain reference value for improving the design and manufacture efficiency of die and shorten the manufacture cycle.
