Flocculation clarification is an important process in the sugar industry,the results of clarification dominate the quality of final products directly,and the clarification rate dominates the effectiveness of processing.In order to improve the results and effectiveness of clarification,researchers did a lot of research and improving work.In this article,nano materials were introduced into the traditional clarification technology to study the effect of nanometer calcium carbonate,calcium sulfite and magnesium hydroxide on the strengthening sugar juice clarification,and some ideal results were gained with improvements and reinforcements of lime-phosphoric acid method.The main research contents and results are as follows:1.The influence and the clarification effect of the addition of nano CaCO3to remelt syrup brown granulated sugar were studied.The purity as indexes,the effect of the dosage of nanometer calcium carbonate,the p H value before joining calcium carbonate nano-particles reaction temperature,reaction time were investigated,and the optimum experimental conditions were as follows:the dosage of nanometer calcium carbonate is 5 mg/m L?brown granulated sugar solution 10%?,the conditions of the solution were p H value 7.0,reaction temperature 90?,reaction time 10 min before the calcium carbonate was added.Results show that the purity of optimum process remelted syrup of brown granulated sugar improved by 1.79%under these conditions.It's a new thought for the traditional sugar-making technology combined with nanometer materials.2.On the basis of the phosphate lime method,the generated different flocculation and sedimentation results were studied in the different adding order of phosphate and lime milk,in which the remelt syrup of brown granulated sugar as the object,and its mechanism is discussed.The effect of phosphate dosage,reaction p H,reaction temperature and reaction time on the decolorization and the turbidity rate of brown granulated sugar were studied under the optimal order.The results showed that the optimal phosphoric acid dosage is 210 mg/kg Bx,reaction time is 5min,the reaction temperature is 85?,and the preliming p H is 7.10.Under the optimal conditions,the decolorization rate reached 70.1%and the deturbidity rate reached97.7%.Meanwhile,the structure of calcium phosphate floc is compact,sedimentation rate has significantly improved.3.Adding a certain amount of magnesium hydroxide in phosphate sedimentation clarify process made up for fluffy hard flocculation shortcomings of a new calcium phosphate in phosphoric acid method due to the fact that magnesium hydroxide in liable to generate sticky and thick sediment,sugar juice can accelerate flocculation settling,shorten the settling time.The decolorization rate,rate of turbidity removal and flocculating settling time as an index,p H,the dosage of Mg?OH?2,the dosage of APAM and reaction time were discussed.And orthogonal experiment was adopted to optimized experimental conditions:the p H value of 6.50,the Mg?OH?2dosage was 3mg/m L,reaction time was 5 min,the dosage of a PAM 4 mg/kg,the decolorization rate was 75.9%,the rate of turbidity was 95.2%,and the settling time 13 s,shorten by23%,under the condition.4.A certain amount of nano or micro level CaSO3was added in phosphate sedimentation clarify process to further strengthen its flocculation sedimentation.With decolorization rate,the rate of turbidity and sedimentation time as an index,the strengthening effect and its influencing factors of the flocculation sedimentation process were investigated by the addition of different morphology structure of CaSO3.Design three factors and three levels of response surface analysis,according to the regression analysis to determine the significance of various factors and interactions.Results showed that the impact on the response value significant factors is in turn:PAM dosage>CaSO3morphology>CaSO3dosage,the best process conditions for:petals CaSO3,CaSO3dose of 0.4 mg/m L,PAM dosage of 5 mg/kg.
