Agroforestry waste has a wide range of sources and a large output, which is an important biomass resource. In this paper, mildewed bagasse powder was used as the main adsorption material, and common bagasse powder and Cr(?)resistant strain powder in mildewed bagasse were used as comparative materials for experimental design.By changing the pH value of the solution, the dosage of the adsorbent, the adsorption time and the initial concentration of Cr(VI),the adsorption effects of three adsorbents on the Cr(VI)in wastewater were investigated under different conditions.By changing the pH value of the solution, the dosage of the adsorbent, the adsorption time and the initial concentration of Cr(VI),the adsorption effects of three adsorbents on the Cr(VI)in wastewater were investigated under different conditions. The main findings are as follows:1.The adsorption effect of the three kinds of adsorbent materials is mildewed bagasse > moldy bagasse resistant to Cr(VI)strain> ordinary bagasse, and the mildewed bagasse has the best adsorption effect. The maximum removal rate of Cr(VI)by mildewed bagasse can reach 93.63%,and the maximum adsorption capacity is15.5mg/g.2.After the tolerance test, the mold isolated from the moldy bagasse can withstand 400 mg/L hexavalent chromium.Molecular sequencing with 18 SrDNA confirmed that the species resistant to high concentrations of chromium ion strains were Fusarium sacchari(Fusarium saccharum).3.The adsorption capacity of ordinary bagasse adsorbent on Cr(VI)is better. The optimal adsorption condition is acidic condition of pH=4,0.5g of bagasse powder dosage,50mg/LCr(VI)concentration of simulated wastewater,240 min adsorption time. When the adsorption time is180 min,the dosage of mold powder is 1g,and other conditions are unchanged, the removal rate of Cr(VI)by mold powder can reach 84.16%,the adsorption effect is good, and it has certain adsorption performance. The mildewed bagasse powder had the best adsorption performance under neutral conditions, the adsorption time was 150 min,the dosage of moldy bagasse powder was 1g and the initial concentration of 50mg/L Cr(VI)was the best.4.For the adsorption kinetic equation, the kinetic fitting of the three adsorbent materials is more consistent with the pseudo second-order kinetic equation. For the adsorption isotherm equation, the adsorption isotherms of Cr(VI)-tolerant strains in common bagasse and mildew bagasse are more consistent with the Langmuir adsorption isotherm model, while the mildew bagasse is more consistent with the Freundlich adsorption isotherm model. It shows that the adsorption process of moldy bagasse may be more complicated and is multi-layer adsorption.5.Infrared spectroscopy shows that the three adsorbent materials are rich in surface functional groups. They all contain corresponding oxygen-containing functional groups,nitrogen-containing functional groups, and phosphorus-containing functional groups.
