| Construction dust will be produced at different stages of construction projects,which will cause serious health hazards to on-site construction personnel and managers.Therefore,the research on dust’s generation,movement law and concentration at the construction site is the basis for protecting and controlling the construction workers in advance,and it is an important means to protect the health and even life of workers.This study explains the basic concepts of machine learning and neural networks.Based on the basic theory of back propagation neural networks,the network layers,number of neuron nodes,and the basic framework of activation and training functions are determined for the PM10concentration prediction model at the construction site.Air humidity,ambient temperature and monitoring distance are used as input layer neurons of the back propagation neural network PM10 concentration prediction model.A calculation model for exposure dose of PM10 entering the human body through the respiratory tract is constructed,which is quantified based on China’s Occupational Exposure Limit for Harmful Factors in The Workplace exposure risk of PM10,the exposure risk is allocated to each disease according to the proportion of diseases caused by PM10,and the disability-adjusted life year of PM10 health hazard is calculated based on the disability weight of disease onset.PM10 health hazard is monetized based on the willingness to pay method.The construction project of a residential community in Nanchang was evaluated.The back propagation neural network PM10 concentration prediction model and construction dust PM10 health hazard risk evaluation system were applied to the health hazard assessment of the actual project case,and the theoretical dust concentration of each monitoring working face was predicted.Using Monte Carlo Simulation results for each construction phase of construction workers by the monetary value of the mean PM10 health hazard risk index and the corresponding health hazards.According to the research in this paper,in the assessment of health hazards of construction dust,the PM10 exposure health risk can be derived from statistical data such as PM10 exposure to the human body through the respiratory and the occupational exposure limit for harmful factors in the workplace.Using the willingness to pay method monetizing the health hazards of PM10 can more directly describe the health hazards of construction dust.Among the construction work face,the work face that are subject to high PM10 health hazards are removal of the template,foundation excavation at the edge,earthwork backfill edges,and plastering construction stage.At present,the health management of most construction sites in China has not been given enough attention,and the working environment and living environment of staff are relatively poor.The purpose of this study is to analyze the health hazards of dust in different construction stages,so as to provide targeted protection measures for corresponding practitioners,in order to promote a feasible health protection system for construction practitioners,and practically improve the working environment of relevant practitioner.In addition,from the perspective of project management,the study further converts the occupational health hazard risks of construction dust into actual life spans of health damage and converts them into monetary values,thereby providing managers with a more intuitive warn and decision basis. |
