With the determination of China's 13 th Five-Year Energy development plan,as a traditional energy-intensive industry,iron and steel manufacturing industry urgently needs to improve energy utilization rate and solve the problem of backward energy management.At present,the automation level of most small and medium-sized steel enterprises in China still needs to be improved,and can not form a comprehensive monitoring and scheduling of energy production and consumption in the production process,causing energy waste and even production safety issues.In this paper,data acquisition is taken as the entry point of energy scheduling problem,and the application of WirelessHART as the typical industrial wireless sensor network in energy management of steel and iron enterprises is studied.The main work of the paper is as follows:Firstly,the structure of WirelessHART protocol stack is introduced,and the key technologies such as channel frequency hopping and time division multiple access are explained.Routing algorithm based on redundant path and link scheduling algorithm based on edge coloring are designed to improve the reliability and real-time performance of wireless communication,and the algorithm is simulated and verified by OPNET software..Then,based on the 3D wireless sensing model,particle swarm optimization is used to deploy WirelessHART node in steel production site to optimize the coverage of wireless sensor network in the monitoring area.Secondly,the energy consumption relationship of the gas,steam and power subsystems in iron and steel production is comprehensively analyzed.The objective function and constraint conditions of the joint dispatching of iron and steel are established.The optimal dispatching of iron and steel energy is transformed into the optimization problem of multi-objective energy.Finally,by combining the industrial wireless sensor network with the steel and iron energy scheduling model,the energy management system is researched and developed to realize time-sharing power consumption management,unit consumption management,medium balance management,SCADA monitoring and other functions,which meet the actual needs of enterprises.
