As an effective means to improve the added value and artistic value of wood,spalted wood is increasingly favored by people.Therefore,it is particularly urgent to screen out more individual spalted fungi or fungal combinations suitable for three different spalting types.In this paper,the spalted fungus was extracted from the naturally formed spalted wood,and the single spalted fungus/fungal combination that could produce spalting was screened out.At the same time,pigment extraction,stability analysis and composition analysis were carried out on the extracellular pigment produced by spalted fungus,so as to study the applied properties of pigment and provide theoretical support for the application of spalted fungus pigment.In the experiment,individual spalted fungus or fungal combinations were screened by comparing the color change,proportion of spalting and weight loss rate of wood block.The effects of temperature,p H,ultraviolet ray,oxidant,reducing agent and metal ion on the stability of pigment were discussed based on the OD value measured by Ultraviolet Spectrophotometer and the color change of pigment solution.Then the qualitative analysis of pigment components was carried out by FT-IR analysis and UPLC-Q-EXACTIVE-MS analysis.Finally,the following conclusions are drawn:?1?A total of 14 species of fungi were screened,including 13 genera.Among them,Schizophyllum commune,commune illium sp.ZSQ,Xylaria sp.F1,Vibrio anguillarum,Aspergillacea,Nigrospora oryzae,Bipolaris sorokiniana,Talaromyces funiculosus and Arthrinium phaeospermum had good staining ability.Xylaria sp.F1,Stenocarpella sp.and Stenocarpella sp.can produce zone lines stably.Phlebiopsis crassa produces stable wood decay.Poplar,as a kind of broad-leaved wood with favorable color,is favored by wood fungus.?2?Two fungal combinations,Arthrinium phaeospermum/Schizophyllum commune and Phlebiopsis crassa/Phlebia acerina can produced stable zone lines.Aspen is a good candidate for further study of mycelia.?3?Arthrinium phaeospermum pigment is water-soluble,with the maximum absorption occurs at a wavelength of 210nm.Arthrinium phaeospermum pigment is easily affected by acids,bases,oxidants and reducing agents,but it is not easily affected by temperature and UV.The pigment solution is highly sensitive to the five metal ions of Co2+,Pb2+,Zn2+,Fe3+and Mn2+;the sensitivity to the two metal ions of Ca2+and Mg2+is moderate;the sensitivity to the two metal ions of K+and Na+is not significant.?4?Arthrinium phaeospermum pigment contains anthraquinones,flavonoids,phenol/acyl groups,nucleosides,phenolic acids,fatty acids,mycotoxins,amines,coumarins,esters and other compounds.Among them,the flavonoids include hesperetin,psyllium,isorhamnetin,luteolin,naringenin,quercetin,claretin,formononetin,phlorizin and arbutin.
