Study On The Preparation And Application Of Emamectin Benzoate And Mancozeb Suspension Concentrate

Pesticide suspending concentrate is a suspension system with water as the dispersion medium and suspended particles between 0.5-5 microns.It has the advantages of good dispersibility,strong permeability,safe use and low environmental pollution.It is a kind of environmental protection type of water-based pesticide formulation form which is widely used and developed rapidly at present.However,stability problems such as precipitation and delamination will occur during long-term storage.In this paper,Emamectin benzoate and Mancozeb were used as research objects,and they were prepared into water suspension preparations through a series of research methods.The effects of additives,p H and other factors on their stability and application were studied.The content and results of this study are as follows:(1)In this thesis,the additives were screened by flow point method and viscosity curve method,and two kinds of water suspension agents were prepared.The formula composition of Emamectin benzoate suspension is: 5.7% Emamectin benzoate,2% 2500,3% LT-SCP3,4% urea,0.25% C-39-1,1% magnesium aluminum silicate,0.2% defoamer,0.1% S-30,water make up to 100%;The formula of Mancozeb water suspension agent is: 32% Mancozeb,6% DM-1,3% DM-2,0.1%xanthan gum,0.1% stabilizer,10% glycerol,0.2% AT-430 B,water supplement to100%.Through the measurement of various performance indicators,the results show that each indicator meets the requirements.(2)This article studies the stability of the two suspension agents from factors such as processing conditions,additives and p H.The results showed that:(1)The optimal sand milling speed and time for the preparation of Emamectin benzoate SC are 2000 r / min and 90 min;adding thickeners after sand milling is more conducive to obtaining a suspension agent with good stability;and the wetting dispersant LT-SCP3 had better dispersion stability when the dosage was 3%.(2)Among the Mancozeb SC,the absolute value of the Zeta potential of the suspended particle interface of the suspending agents is the largest when the p H is 9,and the dispersionstability of the suspending agent system is the best;when the total amount of the wetting and dispersing agent is 9%,The particle size of the suspending agent is the smallest and the suspending rate is the highest.(3)At the same time,the aggregation between particles and the growth of particles appeared less in both water suspensions agents after thermal storage.(3)When evaluating the efficacy of Mancozeb SC on apple spotted defoliation,it was found that it was more than 80% effective and better than the other two control agents at 320 times treatment level.
